    Bartolomeo and his barriers.

    Yo!

Consider this situation: Barto and his crew are just out sailin like good 'ol pirates, suddenly they get attacked by marines/pirates /cannons, and their ship sinks.

Now, would Bartolomeo be able to use his barrier to create a floor, keeping him from falling into the ocean? Like this awesome paint picture ilustrates:

And would he be able to make tiny barriers all the way to shore? Kind of how like Doflamingo flies by hooking his strings to clouds, Barto would put "steps" in front of him and just walk above the water.

Discuss! I for one think that it's entirely possible!

I seriously doubt that this would be an option. We haven't seen exactly how his barriers work out, but I can't imagine that he and his barrier could defy gravity in such a manner.

Well think about it, his barriers are completely solid, like an invisible wall that he controls. So why shouldn't it work? I doubt that the barrier would drop down into the ocean. Although, when he blocks Elisabello's punch it looks like his barrier is standing on the ring, so maybe maybe not.
