i love reading manga because it gets me wanting to make my own little maga myself. i cant draw very well, but i want to get on one within the year (or, 2011 actually, since this year is almost up)

prolly wanna start it in the summer, when i have nothing better to do ^^;

I'll be cheering you on!!! i want to make my own manga as well, have the whole idea in my head and everything! just have no time to do it or the drawing ability...oh well i'm happy with reading ANE and other manga, they're very inspiring!

Currently Five chapters and doing the same tomorrow.

As for the studio that animates this I hope its the same one that animated Soul Eater.

Yeah, so I'm posting here when I vowed I wouldn't. I'm about to go to bed anyways so, whatever.

I have no problem with the Coal Tar being computer animated. It takes a lot of work to do traditional animation, and I'm actually fond of the animation cause it makes the demons seem much more ethereal and alien. However, I will get pissed if the use it on character sprites like the ending theme to Nurarihyon no Mago (-_- did not like that).

I like the page count of AnE! Seriously! The thing that I love the most is Kazue's excellent sense of pacing. Just excellent. For instance, she covered more bases in chapter 21 than even the first chapter. The art has been evolving (seriously, compare Rin's early demon form to the one in chapter 13 - some significant differences). The plot has been evolving.

To be honest, chapter 1 was more entertaining than interesting. If I'd want to get someone interested in AnE, I'd be more inclined to show them chapter 2, 7, 13 and 14. Especially chapter 13, because my god, the characters, backgrounds and SUSPENSE is just perfect!!!

Razeus: So you're sympathetic to Shiemi? Hehehe... *laughs darkly in a corner* I have to say, Kazue sorta hates her as much as she loves her.

I like Shiemi too, but Mignogna not so much. I think he's got too clean a voice for Rin, but honestly I couldn't suggest any other English VAs. I usually stick with subtitles. I'm more worried about what studio is going to pick this up. It'd be great if Bones did it, but just watch Studio Pierrot get it.

Just so you'd be relieved Pierrot doesn't have that much free time nor the money when they will deal with Shippuuden entering canon again, ending of Tegami Bachi reverse, possible suspention of Bleach and getting Beelzebub - Bones production is at a much higher chance and the art looks much to Bones' style, Bee train(Tsubasa) or A-1(Presona and the now airing Togainu no chi)

I was thinking Studio DEEN might be a possibility as Mago is ending and the art looks like it might be possible.

Honestly, if BONES got AnE I'd jump for joy because BONES is just that awesome You only need to look at Soul Eater and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood or even the now-airing Star Driver to see the quality of the animation. The only thing I would worry about would be the possibility of them changing the story and creating an anime-only ending as that is what they have done for Soul Eater, FMA:B, Ouran High School Host Club (I think?)... However, next year BONES will be putting out Gosick, so I don't know if they will have the capacity both logically and financially...

Another studio I'd love to see get AnE is J.C. Staff. They have really proven themselves with things like Shakugan no Shana and To Aru Majutsu no Index. Animation is great, and the style would suit AnE, imo.

Err, didn't FMA:B end just like the manga (I totally don't remember). Anyway, Bones, for the most part, know how to handle original anime endings. I'd put my faith in them making an amazing AnE ending.

In terms of animation, I love Bones above any other studio, but I too would love to see J.C. Staff get AnE. Shana and Index's style would fit so perfectly. Thinking about it makes form the biggest smile possible.

the first FMA they animated had a totally different storyline. it even had a movie that was completely different from the manga xD but brotherhood is a remake, and it is still quite close to the original manga.

i seriously hope that who ever animates AnE does the storyline exactly the same. i dont want it to be like Nurarihyon anime either. (the storyline is pretty close, but there are some minute differences that just dont make it the same T^T)
