that doesnt matter, its AVERAGE 40 yard dash time, not max.
cuz rodeo drive (when i tried it...and kinda failed and almost hurt my leg), it makes you faster for an instant, then slows you down.
caesars charge and trident tackle probably do the same also.
oh, and when sena got 4.1 by hitting shin at the end of the oujou match. for an instant.
I don't think Agon's 40-yard dash is all up there with Sena or even Riku. I think he's around the 4.8 with his reflexes making up for the speed he lacks in running.
There's something about the way he ALWAYS catches people that pass him. The only reason why I think he missed Hiruma was because he dove too early.
A good sprinter will reach their max acceleration after their 2nd step. If I didn't know any better I'd say he ran a 3 something.
Agons Dash is like 4.6 - 4.8, he really doesnt need that much of speed since he has already an inhuman reaction time, him sensing a run gives him like a 2-3 sec. headstart so that is his advantage.
A good sprinter needs to reach top speed in an instant. After that you're just gonna slow down.
Also, since I'm pretty nerdy, I figured out an equation that could be used to explain why Agon always catches people using numerical values. Still, I'd say his speed would have to be at least under 4.8. I'll maybe post it later when I'm not so lazy.

Agon is actually slow, he's in the 5.2 area that's why hiruma outpaced him in the Shinryuuji vs Deimon game.
He didnt outpace Agon, he got him only 0,x seconds later because Hiruma was faster than before. So Hiruma got the time he needet to make a Touchdown.
I think this Monstaaa is about 4.7 in Terms of Speed.
Agon's tackle was too early, not that he is slow. It'd be too hard to catch up again when you're that close to the goal line.
Personally I don't believe that Agon is as fast as Riku for the simple reason that he was not included in the top four runners also the reason he was able to capture Sena is that when Sena performs the Devilbat ghost he slows down, not much of course just enough so that he doesn't trip over himself as he twists ever so slightly, and Agon performed a single step to capture Sena it's shown, all you see is Agon being hit by lightning ( I love that effect it's always hilarious) and then he hits Sena, not for a single instant is he actually ahead of Sena with pure speed, positioning maybe but not in speed.
Also Chances are Agon can hit top speed in an instant as his "God speed impulse" gives him above average abilities anyway.
And of course I am just stating my opinion I may be wrong.
Why would they include Agon in the top 4 runners when the objective was to obtain the equipment he himself stashed away. He wasn't going to run back to the hotel. :/
You don't slow down on the Devil Bat Ghost. The reason why it's so hyped up is because it's a cut that you can do at full speed.
Well the idea is that you don't call four people the four fastest runners of team Japan if there are other players on the team that are faster. Instead they could have said that four fast players are going to retrieve the equipment. Instead they chose to title them "the fastest four of Team Japan". Regardless of the situation, I think the title seems to encompass more than just an errand. I mean, why THE fastest of team Japan? The wording would have been different if Agon was faster than Riku or Yamato.
