the problem with nodoka is that she missed her chance as now she too will be cut down if she summons it now. The jail part no matter how look at it, Seras is forced to arrest him if godel is K.o'd and godel can't just leave empty handed even if he wants to. Where is eva when you need her ? maybe fate might help out as he wants negi safe and out of mw and poor shiori not to get exposed.

anyway after reading the translation (by the awesome cnet ), it shows you how formidable this Godel is not just by how capable he is, but by how much he knows..
he knows Nagi from the tournament is Negi in disguise, he knows who Negi's parents are, he knows who's Negi's enemies, he knows about the incident 6 years ago in Negi's village, he knows about Asuna, and even Negi's real world job.. besides the identity of fake Asuna there seems to be nothing this guy doesn't know..

at this point the option of the Ariadne knights taking Negi into custody seems remote as they probably can't handle Godel, but Godel's intentions are still ambiguous so far imo..

The guy said Asuna was the princess, before he attacked. That means all this stuff about Negi and Asuna being blood related is going end up being true.

that is one possibility, though it's a doubt that just any former royal family servant will have almost as much information as your regular former ala rubra member (maybe more)..

it's strange how when the spoilers and the RAW first surfaced, I was annoyed how Negi was beaten down like that, but now after reading the translation, I feel some satisfaction, I'm just glad that the formidable people club is losing it's x-ala rubra and 10 year old brats exclusivity
