One entire chapter for celebrations, that's cool but RESUME the goddamn match already. Less talking, more manly goals please!

Agree.. Too much over-the-edge-like-its-the-end-of-the-world celebration.. Naturezza still doesn't felt shocked though as he was expecting that..
Jesus christ... I really need to keep track of this forum more often. I had to read it all the way from Chapter 95 to 105 .
My prediction 3-2 and chaos_master gets a date

chapter 104 is superb!!
i really like the way the moves are explained step by step..
actually this part reminds me of hunterxhunter's way of describing the fight.
btw in chp105 at tsubasa's back..his jersey number is 2+8??

I think next volume will decide who'is the winner.. And the volume title itself will determined the results (plus the cover).
Lets hope the Ghost of Christmas (ooopps, sorry Curse of Nou Camp) stay away make Barca (if Rivaul is still not playing) succumb to their own Curse. Haha.
Mail, you don't honestly believe Tsubasa will lose his debut match, do you?
i do! why not? the main character HAS to fall someday!
I share the same opinion as Chaos. Tsubasa losing his debut match versus Naturezza, one of his greatest rival? That would be so anti-takahashi.
Well, Naturezza debut match has also shown that he lost to Japan (not Tsubasa alone though).
So, it should be balance that Tsubasa lost this match (well, draw if most of you insist) to Real Madrid (w/ Naturezza in it of course). Like Genzo lost his adult duel to Schnieder.
Btw, this match is lacking magical goals that some of us predicted. Only 3 goal (on current time) and only once by a SuperBoy (haha). Naturezza is like playing a control-tower and letting other scoring the follow up.

Tsubasa lost his duels against Rivaul, lost his favorite position to Rivaul, was demoted to Barcelona B... You want Tsubasa to fall, but he did already, didn't you read those chapters?
3 goals in 28 minutes is already much... I don't mind that the action is stopped a bit considering the score is already that high
And here I thought some people would actually mention being pleased with the prodigies' assists and the real life players' goals, but... No. I guess the people who don't like supermen needs them to be even more fantastic in the end, uh? They'll still complain, though
Anyway Road 104 is a good example of how the defenders can lose but still try to do something. Ivangel's defense would fit Misugi, and I'd like Jito to use his power defense like Blueno. But I guess that they don't have the level of R Madrid yet.
Ah, Road 105. First, coach Shiroyama, then coach Furuoya, then Wakabayashi's dog John, Carlos, and Kanda! I wonder if any other mangaka would actually care to keep us updated on those very secondary characters
Kanda needs to cross over with Ippo
kurz: Now that you mention it, it's making me think of Hunter X Hunter as well. Although there's a difference, it's just the narrator in Hunter X Hunter, while it's Rivaul describing the action in Captain Tsubasa.
Yes, it's 2+8. Ever since Road 86
Sorry to disappoint the Anti-Tsubasa supporters, but Tsubasa won't lose his debut, its just how the manga works.
don't get it as a thing against Anti-Tsubasa's party, because i too "hate" oozora as he often is the too-much-perfect-character-of-the-story; sometimes i imagine that our friend evil driver would have made his job when he was little in the first volume... ( and of course i'm joking ) only in this arc he is a bit more humanized and i can stand him and find him not so heavy
barcellona won't lose simply because barcellona obviously can't lose 'el clasico' at home. period. this is the main reason, added to the one that takahashi-sensei roots for blaugrana; but this doesn't mean that tsubasa himself as a player can't lose at all expecially in one-to-ones againsta natureza
