Bleach Volume Cover Thread - [Newest: Vol 58]

Ivan won't be there since he dies in vol. 55, whereas Kirge is obviously the man who will appear in the 56th cover. I just wonder whether he will appear in vollstanding mode or in the basic one.

Sure it is Opie, glad for that. His unique design deserves to be on the cover...

And I kind of love the new way Kubo's drawing volume covers. This time it's red, it looks nice.

That would be pleasing, actually. Depens of he'll get any screen-time in next chapters. I'm expecting Byakuya, though.



Volume 57 will cover chapters 500 - 510, we'll see what will happen in the next 6 chapters, if something bigger than Byakuya will happen. Byakuya or As Nodt, so far. Maybe the HM mystery will be revealed and will get a cover, or maybe Blonde Bishonen leader of Knights will have a fight.

Well, it's pretty possible the HM person will be revealed in next chapters, he can tempt us three chapters, or five, or 7, or 15, or more. We'll see. Although now I see this was faulty thinking, he would reveal the secret by selecting that person for the cover for those who will only read the chapter in the volume for the first time. It could happen in the tankoubon after, maybe. xD

Although Grimm has had enough covers, he doesn't need one more. It would be a fan-catch though

I was hoping Kubo would through this drawing reveal the color of Kirge's shades....his shades are so badass. I really liked his cap too.....still a cool cover. Just a bit disappointed with it though.

489 (March of the StarCross) is the last chapter of Vol. 55 (Blood Warfare). With 490 March of the StarCross 2 starting Vol. 56.

Vol. 56 will most likely have chapters 490-499. Last volumes had all 10 chapters (it always varied between 9 and 10, but since recently Bleach doesn't get many color pages/lead CPs, I think it'll be 10 again).

that's great! but how can volume 55 contain chapter 489 March of the starcross if that's the title of volume 56? in fact,in the new cover I don't read "march of the starcross 2"
