Zanpakutō Unknown Tales arc - story flaw

Surely the whole arc could be over in about five minutes if they let Kenpachi loose on the Zanpakutou, seeing as he doesn't even know the name of his.
Have they conveniently got rid of him for this arc?

Even Kenpachi can get overwhelmed. Nnoitora was able to bring him on the verge of defeat, who is to say a Zanpakuto like Hyorinmaru or Katen Kyokotsu can't do the same?

Zabimaru is the girl with the lion hair whose chained to the little white-haired kid. The kid is obviously the snake tail, while the girl is the monkey part. Although, why they turned him into a girl is beyond me.

Can't be, seeing that if he gets a release that'd make this arc ridiculous and completely throw off everything people know and love as Kenpachi.

i don't see how there would be any harm in showing us Kenpachi's zan spirit and making something up for what it's abilities would be.
it wouldn't be canon, obviously, but it would be fun to see.

Because then people who don't actually read the manga would be confused and say wtf when they don't see kenpachi using those abilities later on.

yea but even the anime-only people should know the difference between canon and filler by now. they cut away in the middle of battle and start up new story, and they even mention it in the "next episode" stuff.

Maybe this seems too obvious to be true, but I have trouble seeing Muramasa without thinking of Masamune. I think this is too serious for Kurasaki to bail them out. I wonder who might wield or call Masamune to the scene.

Isn't it obvious? Masamune is Kenpachi's zampakuto

Again, it would be funny to see the real name of Ken's one, although as stated above, it couldn't be canon...
