My Attempts At Cleaning Manga Pages

So this one was my very first attempt at trying to get it perfect, I spent 3 or so hours trying to perfect it and trying to think of a fast way to create borders. :\

And since I decided to help out a group I cleaned a RAW page for them too...

Anyways, feedback would be most welcome. Thanks.

Actually, those look really good. A little thick to my eyes, but I'm just used to 2px lines so that's just me.

Personally, I use the rectangle tool with the shape option set to create a path. Once I position the shape, I stroke the path with a 2px pencil, fill in the margins and move onto the next chunk of frame to add.

What are your plans for diagonal framelines if/when those come up?

Actually I'm fine with the borders being 3 px, the first few bubbles in the Yankee kun to Megane Chan Clean actually have a width of 3 px too, that didn't look good so I reduced them to 2 px later on.

The way I make my borders is that I use guides and snap my selections using the rectangular Marquee tool. It's a fast enough way to make box borders. As for the diagonal framelines I use the same pixel wide line tool.

    Spoiler: Cleaned show

As you can see the line tool works pretty nicely.
