Its not said that Don Flamingo did it. Maybe he cut it off himself so Don Flamingo wouldnt have control over it anymore.

It seems that Oars wants to get to Ace but Don Flamingo stops him from doing it. And now I am more and more frightened of his DF ability 'cause at first there was this puppet-thing and now this.
Hopefully we will see more of his abilities in this chapter and maybe an explanation, too.
(btw... it's unfamiliar to have spoiler pics on a monday xD)

Firstly, I thought his ability is control Bone in human body (that is another way to control people from inside)

but judge by the spoiler that he is able to cut Ors's leg, I agree that his ability is more like using a string to puppet or cut the body.

The pics look pretty damn good to be fake. Guess Oars Jr. wasn't a match for just Doflamingo but it seems that he may have fought against a bunch of other people cuz he's all bloody.

really sad seeing Oars Jr. Die :/ he seemed like a really good guy... offering his own life up for ace..... sad part is he dies not reaching ace... i think this will make ace furious and we'll see some outburst.
