I can´t translate this sentence, i know it says "mountains of". The rest I
can´t figure out, can anyone help me.

You probably have the wrong kanji. The character 棈 is hardly ever used. Are you sure it's not "非情の山に切り立つ?"
非情の山 is the Japanese moniker for the mountain K2.
非情の harsh (without compassion)
切り立つ standing sharp/tall (imagine cutting vegetable thin. those vegetable pieces will be standing thin/sharp. If it is a cliff, then it is sheer [perpendicular] cliff, if it is tree, then it is tall needle straight tree)
sharp mountain side of no compassion O.o
