about natsumi's card, i thought it was weird that the back side had the name COTARO below the last name while all the other back side's of the pactio cards have the first name above the last name. does this mean that it's not the actual one or is it cause kotaro is different, in the sense that he is not a traditional mage. or is it cause japanese have the last name first?

It's just on what people normally call you. It's the same for Albiero Imma's card. It'd use the same method as Kotarou's.

That's because he has a Japanese name. They go last name - first name. If you'd notice, on the fronts of the pactio cards most of the students themselves follow Japanese naming.

People like Negi and Albireo have western names, so they go first - last. And Rakan has his last name highlighted because that's what he normally goes by.

Updated the first post with new info & edited a few of the old part (especially "Information about Pactio" part).

Card pics would be added later (in the process of cleaning & making them look better. Would add the three new B/W card pics in ch 289 when i find better quality raws, have edited Ako's previously released colour card with the new Nickname).

Tell me if i missed something.

I tried my best to edit it without any flaws. But since i am not that good in using Photoshop (still self-learning it), i do the work with combination of PS, MS Paint & MS Photo Editor (which i am still self-learning).

As for the Ako's colour pic, the only thing difficult for me was to find a way to get the missing letters of 'L' & 'X' (which were not present in the previous one originally). So i used those letters for the colour pic of Asuna's, used Paint to position the letters correctly & adjusted the smoothness & the quality of the pic using Photo Editor & PS.

Presently i have become a bit good at adjusting the colour level of pics & cleaning of pics, so i am in the process of making a few of the other card pics in better quality.

I have adjusted all the pics which i added today to the best of my ability at present. Hope people like it.

Added Black & White pactio card versions form the manga. Going to re-add a few of the older card pics after i finish editing them.

I have done my best at cleaning & editing the pics from the raws (though i wasn't able to redraw much of the main parts). Now, the only way for me to post better pics would if i have high quality volume raws at about 3000 px size.

Thanks for those cards pics "That_One_Guy", but since it is still not clear as to what the exact nickname is, i can't add it now. But i would add if it is confirmed to be correct (also the fact that i have decided to add card pics from only high resolution raws (like Rena-chan's) because that way i can get bigger size pics of pactio card (like the ones i recently added in the first post for Setsuna's second pactio card & Luna's card).

But i noticed that you can redraw pics a lot better than me, so if you could, can you redraw a few of the pactio cards which are incomplete for me (which are Haruna, Chachamaru, Albireo, Raken & if possible Setsuna's Second pactio card), it would be great. If you want i can give you the scan pages of Rena-chan's raw or volume raws in which the pactio pics are present (if possible you can even use the ones i have cleaned for redrawing purpose). That would be a big help.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I'm not as good as all that. It was mostly just copy/paste, I did very little actual drawing.

i tried my hand at image editing, its more difficult than i thought. I tried to do a little more editing using the pactio template that i made. i remade everything with the template, except for yuna. i didnt want to touch that too much cause i was afraid of messing it up. I also did two versions cause i was also unsure which one the title will be.
