Least favorite AG character, and why?

cannedjam, I Agree. He IS playing, In my opinion, but he'll never take AT's Seriously. Remember at the beginning, when Ikki first formed Koga? Kazu trained intensively, Ikki was helped by Ume and Ringo, Buccha was in the night kings, improving. Onirigi wasn't keen to join, and that hasn't changed. Put emily in the squad full-time.

Put pretty much anyone against Nike and they die. I honestly don't believe anyone in Koga can stand up to Nike at this point. Hell I'd bet Nike could take the entire Koga on by himself.

I disagree. Ikki, Kazu and Agito could beat Nike.
His flying rock bullets could be deflected by Ikki, and his vibration move can be countered by 'Oh, Time.' So if Ikki focuses on blocking flying rocks, Kazu stops Vibrations, and Agito fires off fangs, Nike would ve defeated...

oh, please...it's still entirely to see wether kazu can actually counter his trick like aeon did...also, he'd probably have other tricks, don't you think? kilik did counter kazu's time with a similar trick, and nike on top of the gem also can perform wind tricks probably at an higher level than ikki...

no matter how you look at it, right now onigiri is a better rider than emiri, plus if he's opponent is a woman, he becomes ridicolously powerful(actually even more so than anyone else in the team...)

I totally disagree.. Onigiri sometimes appears strong in a stupid joke kind of way, but Emily is at least consistent in her performance, and while Onigiri is strong against certain opponents, he's totally useless against others no matter how week they are, like in the match against a week team like animal house Onigiri took all the duration of 3 seconds to be disqualified..

I dislike Onigiri because he seems to be stuck in a limbo between being a joke character or a normal character and most of the time it just doesn't fit..

why don't you look back on it, the match with animal house was a total defeat for koga

onigiri didn't lose a single match after that against all the other teams, and not all of his opponents were female

and even so, emiri can barely run straight on the ats, onigiri instead can at least run "properly"

and this isn't my opinion, this is a fact, go back and reread the manga if you're not sure, and accept it already

plus he won all the battles koga fought during the level-up between the two matches against animal house

no, scratch that, this discussion is pointless afterall: koga is a team made up of 2 kings, 1 *tentative* king and another solid a-rank rider. Onigiri can perform on the same level as them, given that his opponent is a woman.

Wow, I haven't been on in a while, lol.

Anywaaay, now I really can't wait for Emily(or Emiri :S) to come back and show just how bad Onigiri really is. Even though I've been focused on school for the past two weeks, I have been re-reading Air Gear while I can and well...Onigiri has oddly become my least favorite character(more so than Ringo). Hes just uselss. He is suppose to be a comedic relief, but even fails at that.

Hes not funny, battle skills are pretty shitty, and he's the 2000 something pounds(may be an actual measurement of his weight) holding down Kogarasumaru.

You can say he can "actually" runs in a straight line unlike Emily, but how far can you go with an AT on your head? I'm pretty sure that Emily can run properly now. Shes been improving anyway, yeah improving...its someting characters are suppose to do every now and then, not once and then never again.

of course emiri's been improving, but no matter, if you look at her current skills, and at onigiri's current skills, not only onigiri is an overall better rider than her, even though they're both pretty bad compared to the rest of the team, onigiri is still a D-C rank rider, by his battle level...emiri the last time she was shown couldn't even do a simple wall ride...

except onigiri has this incredible supernatural ability that if he's up against a female opponent, he becomes insanely strong, with no regards to his "real" skills...emiri doesn't have anything like that atm...

oh and, i'd be more than happy if emiri were to actually become a skilled enough rider to take onigiri's place, i personally like his character, but most of the time i dislike his battles...if you think about it he actually only ever had 2 real battles, and one of the two wasn't even shown(against old SF), while the other wasn't actually bad....but duh, he gives off this feeling of stupidity and unseriousness(does this word even exist?) that makes him so much annoying during battles, at least ever since the soras came to power(and things went from teenagers who uses special shoes to "fly" and battle among themselves, to prevent a duo of homicidal madmans backed up by the american marine from obtaining world domination....)
