What is your most strongly disliked character in the anime world?

I've never liked Sasuke. And I've never really liked the female leads in Rumiko Takahashi's stories (minus Ranma). Fushigi Yugi's heroine makes me mad too.

i don't really have any character i hate with a burning passion...
hm, i remember the two main character of Koizora make me angry, but i think Koizora is not made into anime.

I used to hate Kururugi Suzaku from Code Geass, but at the ending of Code Geass, i kinda symphatize with him.

The top of my most hated list should be Envy from FMA. i loathe his evil deeds, and to add salt to the injury, his fashion sense is awful.
I don't symphatize with Scar (FMA) as well

the most I hate is the master Scythe from requiem for the phantom and then there are other characters that I can't tolerate like Suzaku and Charles from Code geass , Orochimaru and Madara from Naruto

A character that I deeply and strongly dislike is:

Akira Amamiya from ef-a tale of melodies. It’s true that at some point in the series (almost at the very end of it) I felt sad for him but what he did to

Yuuko

made me dislike him with a passion.

Another one has appeared...

Hitsujikai Shirou from Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakamatachi. The more I learn about him the more I dislike him.

What he did to Ryoko and what he is planning to do to her makes me truly dislike this character.

Time to update my list:

Megumi from Shiki

She is a crazy stalker girl who stalked Natsuno in live and in death. She killed a nice and sweet boy, Toru, out of pure jealousy and in a way was the responsible one of that sweet boy killing his best friend later on. She is selfish and doesn’t have qualms about hurting other people, she even killed the father of her only friend, Kaori, (or at least the only young person that cared about her) because she was jealous that Kaori had gotten close to Natsuno. She is horrible!!

Suzaku from Code Geass. is the clear cut winner for me. What a terrible character, his existance was a constant thorn in the side of my enjoyment of that series.

Other runners up were..
Setsuna F. Seiei from Gundam 00(made me swear to never watch another gundam series till the end of time)
Shinn Asuka from Gundam Seed Destiny(ruined that show singlehandedly)

I don't like Sasuke much but i can't even rank him with the characters above. My soul is filled with burning hatred of those three godawful characters, and that fire will never burn out.

Aizen of Bleach, because his intentions were vague. I'm annoyed with Sasuke, at how his mentality works at present but at the very least, Sasuke have some reason. His logic may not be very reasonable but he is young and he had been in a literally emotional roller coaster ride. Everybody has their limits, so even if I'm irritated with him, immensely, I at least understand him a bit. Aizen is different. His intentions were not clearly explained and I did not understand where he is coming from. Or maybe Kubo-sensei is holding off some important links that he will reveal later on. I hope.

Characters from manga to anime counts, right? If yes then Sakura (Naruto) would be the chosen one. I wont say I hated her character, but she annoys me to no end. I know her character is meant to be that way, but I can't help it.

I feel the same sometimes, thorn. On the other hand, many Naruto characters turned annoying to me, I wish them all to die to make Naruto a real guy

First person coming to my mind is Kogan of Shigurui. The guy is made to be hated. He's disgusting, qualmless and extreme. He's the patriarch of his clan and leading it like a mafia, even though he's in a state of madness, unable to communicate, for most time of the year.
He's an incredible master in sword fighting though.

Adding one more character to my list:

Albert de Blois from Gosick

I have never been fond of that character, I have never liked him; but after watching episode 19 I dislike Albert de Blois passionately. He is a monster; a horrible, cruel, twisted and despicable monster because he doesn’t deserve to be called human or man IMO. What he did to both Cordelia and Victorique was unforgivable and what he is doing right now to Victorique is deplorable.
