Bleach Episode 244
This episode contains spoilers. Being as it may, I will only post noteworthy and important facts in here.

- Kenpachi arrives onto the battlefield. After talking to Soifon, Kenpachi gets attacked by Wabisuke. Surprisingly, Kenpachi does not get affected by Wabisuke's ability. He easily kills the zanpakuto, breaking the sealed sword in half.
- Soifon explains that if a zanpakuto is killed by a Shinigami other than its owner, it will disappear forever. The other spirits, especially Suzumebachi, become enraged that they lost an ally.
- Ruriro Kujaku asks Yumichika if Kenpachi is his Captain. He also tells Yumichika that he is not in the league of Kenpachi (whom effortlessly defeated Wabisuke) and Ikkaku. The 11th Squad does not need him. Ruriro Kujaku decides to use its reiatsu absorption ability on Yumichika to kill him.
- As the other zanpakuto spirits converse amongst themselves, Yachiru appears out of nowhere. Yachiru "sort of" explains what they were doing all this time, escalating in an argument between her and Kenpachi. Kenpachi glares at Byakuya, presumably being the next opponent. Senbonzakura decides to fight instead, using his Bankai Form.
- Kenpachi fights back by releasing his monstrous reiatsu through taking off his eyepatch. The others within the vicinity (i.e. Ichigo, Soifon, zanpakuto spirits) are visibly surprised by that sort of power. Kenpachi launches a massive slash which presumably destroys all the spirits.
- Ruriro continues to absorb Yumichika's reiatsu (showing the flowers growing). As they talk, it is revealed that only Byakuya survived the attack (the spirits seem to be deceased). The battlefield is charred. Yumichika fights back by using his reiatsu and breaks free from the energy vines. Kenpachi fights Byakuya (showing them talk at the same time).
- The other zanpakuto spirits are shown to be alive. Soifon prepares to fight Suzumebachi.
- Kenpachi and Byakuya begin to clash swords. Byakuya uses his Shikai while Kenpachi, of course, leaks out his reiatsu yet again and slashes. Byakuya survives the attack and uses a Flash Step to get behind Kenpachi. In the end, Kenpachi grabs Byakuya's sword so he cannot escape. Then, he launches a massive slash at Byakuya.
- Yumichika and RK continue to clash. Byakuya is shown to be uninjured while Kenpachi is exhausted yet taunts him. Byakuya and Ruriro both use Shikai on their respective enemies. Yumichika uses Hainawa to bind the vines. Byakuya and Kenpachi prepare to continue their fight. To Be Continued

Bleach Episode 245 (preview)

- Ichigo and Renji quitely question the appearance and abilities of Kenpachi's zanpakuto spirit. It shows Soifon battling Suzumebachi. Ashisogi Jizou uses Bankai. Yachiru apparently chasing after Ashisogi Jizou. Muramasa staring at something in the cave.
- Omake. Byakuya and Kenpachi prepare to fight, with Tenken and Gonryomaru off in the distance. Gonryomaru plans to escape. Tenken uses his fists to create a hole in the ground for Gonryomaru as he silently leaves. The next morning, Gonryomaru is still in the hole as it shows two Shinigami off in the distance.

Dark, I read the preview and can say that "it's" introduction makes sense as long as we don't see too much. But if we do see it's powers, then it's quite possible that they will NEVER show up in the manga. This filler has the potential of exploring things an answering questions that never will be shown in the manga, and at the same time could act as a good indicator for what we will and will not see.

Dark you got it wrong, it was Kenpachi who was panting not Byakuya.

This episode made for great visuals, but plot/logically had some questionable at best moments.

Damn, they really made a point to show off Kenpachi. A non-kendo slash that looked like an atomic explosion. Very nice. If Kenpachi decides to Kendo, then Byakuya might be in at least a bit of trouble.

nice episode, well maybe I have a biast opinion as Kenpachi is my favourite character

I have a dream, that will stay a dream am afraid, and that is to see Kenpachi Zanpakutou/Shikai form (not stretching it to Bankai form) but guess is like they said at the end of this episode, if Kenpachi Zanpakutou would appear it would destroy the whole soul society

Anyway I liked a lot the animation of his reiatsu gave the idea of how much power lies within him

Still trying to figure out why Byakuya is playing double agent as I don't think he is a traitor. It has to do with the disappearence of old Yama

hmmmmm Kenpachi is the man....lol...he's always toying with his oponents....and himself...to see how fun the battle can be.....I don't really think they will show up Kenpachi's release in fillers...o well...that would be interesting to see.....the next episode looks fun...these are the best fillers ever...!!

So Kenpachi's release > Aizen's release in anime standards?
Aizen may be god hax but he can't "end the show" just by his release.

I'd take it with a major grain of salt. They're just lampshading the fact that there's no way Kenpachi's zanpakuto is going to materialize.

Why does it seem like the voices in the previews are channeling the opinions of the fans lol, how many times have people said things like "omg kenpachi bankai=end of the universe =OOOOOOOO" or any of those other goofy things that somehow end up as commentary in the anime lol.
