Isn't' Hetappi by the DB mangaka?

That one is remake version of past Hetappi Manga by DB mangaka. Remake one is by Murata Yuusuke, illustrator of Eyeshield 21.

Strange the second series out is Murata's Hetappi. Makes me wonder what he's going to do now that and ES21 are out.

And a really strange week: Psyren keeps Psyren-ing, Mago in the bottom five...and yet Medaka survives a safe week as it approaches anniversary.

I wonder if jump will replace hetappi for another monthly series? It doesn't leave enough space for a weekly series that's for sure.

Maybe Jump is trying to increase their series number so they can compete with magazine in diversity.

Honestly I never knew Hettapi existed. Oops!

I knew about Psyren's Psyren-ing but never knew that its ranking was going to be this low. Same goes for Mago as well.

Someone needs to write an actual manga about Detetive TRAP.

I'm going to wonder if Hokenshitsu going to take Rilienthal's place.

Sorry, but you might as well accept the fact that most new series that arrive in Jump are going to be a lot less interesting compared to the stuff they come up with in Bakuman . In fact, Jump seems to be at its best in that manga what with all the succesful and interesting series and all.

Re: Weekly Shonen Jump [2010] - Discussion and TOC Talk

A mistery manga called TRAP probably won't exist because the author would probably be sued for copying the idea form bakuman but a GOOD mistery manga would be interesting it's been a while since there's been one like that.

But unfortunately I think there won't be more new series for now.

Does anyone know about the Japanese http://www.letusmakejumpbetter.com/ unofficial survey and it's twitter?

This made me wonder why we don't have our own unofficial weekly polls for the magazine.

Re: Weekly Shonen Jump [2010] - Discussion and TOC Talk

Nice to see Medaka in the middle. It would be good if it can keep that momentum up going into whenever its anniversary celebration will be. Sket and Bakuman above it is cool with me.

Definitely wish Toriko was higher but at least its not in the bottom 5. Psyren will probably jump up next week along with Mago.

Reborn hasn't deserved top 3 in any of its chapters the past few months but whatever. It and Kuroko kicked Bleach down to 5 so its tolerable.

Overall, this week is good with me.

    I'm so proud of Reborn!

After a low placement last week, I'm glad Gintama is doing better. I hope Bakuman would be a bit higher up but more than anything, I want the series to find a stable position.

Bleach is barely hanging on in the Top 5.

What can I say, Medaka is my Waterloo. >.<

Metallica Metalluca, don't you love that name? It just rolls off you tongue so easily. Beelzebub color is great when they decide to something wacky, just color one of the funny title pages and I'm happy.

Yotsuya, please survive, you are underrated in every sense, those crazy japanese kids don't know how special you are to fans across the world.

Re: Weekly Shonen Jump [2010] - Discussion and TOC Talk

It's quite obvious that more and more readers are getting tired of Bleach which is not surprising considering how predictable and boring Kubo's storytelling is. Chapter #403 might prove this once more, lol.

In the end, I'm actually pleased with this toc. Mago should rank higher next time, though.
