Well, according to the "fake spoilers" the izanagi is an MS technique that allows the user to implant his/her soul in their targets. Sort of like what itachi did to naruto, but in a more exaggerated way.

no, but I have seen people in manga who can implant their SOULS into others' bodies, summon dead people, live 100 years, etc
