At the end of the manga, about two people/group commented on how girly Kurama looked when he was with Kuwabara.

I never read the manga. I only watched the anime and i don't know if i watched all the seasons (probably not).
But, anyway, many cute male characters look a bit like girls.

They do, which can be funny. And if they're too cute that we thought they were girls, it becomes sad and awkward.

You should read the manga though, it's better.

Hinata (Naruto): IDC, I think the "blank" Hyuuga eye adds to her cuteness. She's also soft spoken, which further enhances her adorableness.

Komori Kiri (SZS): She doesn't get a lot of screen time, but when she does.... <3 .

Prettiest
Miranda (D.Gray-man): I quite like the quirky look (think Coco Rocha). I'm glad Miranda gained some weight, ha ha. She looks much healthier and prettier in her reappearance.

TYL!Chrome (KHR): My jaw dropped when I saw the "Everyone Ten Years Later" colour page. Most people underestimate the fact that Amano can draw bishoujos too!

Adelheid (KHR): Another example that REBORN!girls are just as pretty as the guys! Love her hafu look and figure aside, she's one of the characters I have a girl crush on. :3

Erza (Fairy Tail): She's a badass and sexy fighter. Although I wish she didn't strip every time she fought. *looks away*

So true about Chrome! In fact, the greatest injustice of the Future Saga was that we didn't get to see adult Chrome. Sure she appeared twice, the first time being a colour page with her sitting down, the second being her seen from far away. She looked beautiful and hot as an adult, even to non-Chrome fanboys/girls' eyes. My friend who also loves her never got to see her since she never appeared in the anime save that one scene where she was too far away to notice...

And while I'd certainly say Adelheid is beautiful, she's gone past hot what with those huge breasts. Medium or slightly-larger size please !

It's definitely a crime that TYL!Chrome never appeared in the Future arc, but we can always hope for another day. (A single panel and photo doesn't count!) She's like a doll, and her eye is gorgeous without being overdone.

Perhaps cover the bottom half of Adelheid? XD Her close-up, facial shots tend to be well-drawn regardless of everything else.

Hottest: Natsuno from Shiki. His personality, his determination in fighting the Shiki and the way he looks…he is the hottest and one of the coolest character in Shiki, IMHO.

Cutest: Mei-chan from Clannad. Even Tomoya couldn’t resist her cuteness.

Chikage Kazma - I thought I was over my fangirl phase but guess not! His confident, arrogant smile makes me melt. If you remember, I had him as my sig a while back.

Hot character in an Asian drama…one of my fav is Kang Moo Kyul (Jang Geun Suk) in “Mary Stayed Out All Night”. Bad boy and player but with a heart of gold and very sweet and kind on the inside. Plus he is a amazing musician and he looks even hotter when he sings.

Girls in Manga/Anime whom I considered as the best, aesthetically speaking:

Saber from Fate franchise. She's strong, petite and has a high dignity. She's gotta be my number #1 in this list. This character even has so many version of outfits in her designs and they suit her pretty well, I doubt there is someone else besides her who has so many different outfits .

Scherazade from Magi. She's an old hag but her appearance looks like a teenagers. I believe she has a great personality and very mature, that's a huge advantage she has over another girls in Magi.
