uploading scanlation help!!

Im a newbie in scanlating and i wondering how u would upload your scanlations. say ive scaned everypage of the chapter and also edited it, do i upload it in the folder that i put it into my computer??Do i do it page by page??or do i link the pages together somehow??plz help!!!!
And if there is already somewhere thast teaches me to do this plz tell me
