It's a pretty good cell-shade. However, it could be more detailed. The shading is a bit off here and there (Lafitte's face, for example.. just looks a little strange) and so are the colors (Van Auger's hair is skin colored

) The blood on Whitebeard's face looks somewhat flat, could havethrown in some darker shades in there as well.

Oh and another thing; the right side of the picture should be a building (which San Juan is hiding behind), and not sky color (he looks too small in this picture for being the largest existing creature in the world).

Sorry for nitpicking, but overall it looks good. Just keep the details in mind!

Gotta agree with Organizized. You did a great job on the basecolors and also added some noticable shadows, but it's a too little imo. Especially on the hair and the blood. Seriously.. ever seen liquid being as monochrome as that? :P Guess not huhh..
