Are you sure you transcribed it correctly? E.g. should ペツカム be ベッカム by any chance? Beckham the soccer player? And might your character be imagining a play involving Beckham?
You should always post the raw to remove doubts about your transcription and to provide the necessary context.
Thanks, your right. I tottaly missed the interpretation of the kana. And about the raw , I still didn´t do the scan.

Is sounds like sports commentator's words to me without seeing the raw.

Yeah, it is indeed something like:
"Ah, He crossed/passed the ball to Beckham on the right side!!"
