Re: The Underscore's Bleach Review 396: The Bite

Hello...long time no see...but nice to see UR rolling, as usual with a nice read...I agree these chapters are hard to review, becuz the pace is pretty slow, and the magnitude of the events aren't so high, and even those are few in number...
I guess it's a nice move by Aizen to merge hougyoku within himself...something that couldn't be destroyed by Urahara would surely be invincible to attacks...which reminds me of the barrier when Ichigo attacked...it could've been done with the help of hougyoku...
On the forbidden Kidou matter...this is not the first forbidden kidou we see performed by a captain...Bakudou 81(I think)anku is a forbidden spell as well...tessai said so when Aizen deflected his attack...so I guess UR right that the top kidou are for elite only...so it's not surprise that the attack belongs to the numbered kidou...

I believe that destroying hougyoku will be the first step in killing aizen...and I see urahara's hand in it...I dunno...it seems logical to happen this way...
    Good work The Underscore...see ya

Thanks for the reply Underscore. I really appreciate your thoughts on Gin. Aizen could have things in store for the guy. Concerning Yama, I wonder if it is plausible for one's own ability to kill them, like Ichigo's Getsuga killing him. Seems sorta weird to me. If the power is born from the Shinigami's soul it ought to not be able to harm its source/master (like Harry Potter and the Elder Wand [I'm a huge Potter-Sucker, so forgive me for this]).

    Thanx again for the reply.

I think it was the Kidou for stopping time and teleportation that Tessai referred to as forbidden. He simple stated that it was amazing for a Vice-Captain to block a Hadou no 88 with a Bakudou no 81 sans incantation.

Great things come in (sm)all sizes!
