Senkou no Night Raid

The story is set in Shanghai in 1931, when the Imperial Japanese Army has been dispatched to mainland China due to the relatively recent First Sino-Japanese War, Russo-Japanese War, and World War I. In this cosmopolitan city of intrigue, there is a special military spy organization called "Sakurai Kikan" that has since been buried in history.

good first episode, kinda slow paced though. I thought it was kinda weird that the spies didn't kill anybody but I guess they (anime chikara) didn't want to offend anyone. Kinda felt like Darker than Black except the spy is superpowered Japanese agent instead of Chinese lol.

I just watched the 1st episode, but there's already something I don't really understand :P : what was that Aoi guy's power exactly ? At first I thought he was slowing time or something, but it looks like he was making some shockwaves, to knock people back and change bullet's trajectory ? But I guess it still has something to do with time, because he could use it at almost point blank, and because of his watch... I don't know...
