The lines 俺がてめーの策を看破しながら何の策もろうじていねーとでも / ろうじていまい in panel 3.

Anyone have any idea what ろうじて means? From the form it seems clear it's a verb conjugation, but none of the usual suspects (jisho.org, goo.ne.jp, yahoo, chiebukuro, google) can tell me what it is.

there are two fixed expressions that are similer in both pronunciation and meaning.
saku wo kouzuru.
saku wo rousuru.
i think sorach could make a mistake mixing two words.even though my native langage is japanese,i haven't noticed it until reading your post.

策を弄（ろう）じる　＝策を弄（ろう）する (play tricks, use artifice)
eternanon is correct in terms of modern Japanese, but ろうずる was used in old days.　ろうじ　was used in Genji Monogatari, so it looks like they just wanted to use an older language style. ("あな、いとほし。弄 じたるやうにもはべるかな" from Genji)
