Have you read the X manga, then? Although it's still left hanging because CLAMP put it on hiatus, it's good stuff

yh I heard CLAMP put the manga on hiatus, then again they promised a continuation if I'm not mixing up things here (ask eni about it ). On the other hand their new series is starting soon and they're also in a totally diffrent line up since back when they wrote X as far as I know

Gotta read the manga to fully appreciate CLAMP's artwork though, the anime does little to capture it fully. CLAMP loves double-spreads and all those feathers and detail There are some beautiful Hinoto ones, for example.

Yeah they promised a continuation, but that was ages ago D: They've got other stuff on hiatus like Legal Drug, too. It'd suck if they never went back to any of those I don't think their line-up has really changed, still the same group of women, but they do change roles for different series, hence the slightly different art style for different series depending on who is heading the art for characters, backgrounds, etc...

dunno, but mu lists at least one additional mangaka for X, also 2009 isn't that long ago but it's probably policy when asked about series xyz "yh yh, we promise to continue kthxbye, tell everyone about us"
