Well, you and I are just two extremely cool people, aren't we?

Cocoon is a very good song... I think that album is my favorite of his, but it's really hard to choose, all his stuff is so great. Have you heard the Curious George soundtrack? May seem funny, but it's really good. A lot of the songs you wouldn't think were for a kids' album - he didn't change his style at all. I listen to it a lot in the car, to keep myself sane and happy (very bad drivers where I live )

I wanted to post here a really good funk band called: Funk'N'Stein. They're from Israel, but they sing only in english.

You have there 4 full songs of them. I recommend "Dog & Cat" so you can hear their funkniness!
    Hope you'll like them.

I came across this nice band. Their genre is mainly piano rock, like Keane and Coldplay (also my favourites) but their music style is different from them.

I would describe Coldplay as slow rock, Keane is upbeat and Jack's Mannequin is more punkish.

Latest Album: Everything in Transit (2005)

My personal favourites from them Dark Blue - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDScNjxlScE and Bruised - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cysuJUgCY5c

    Re: The Music Thread

I'm afraid I listen to heavier music than that - deftones, Apocaylptica, In flames, mudvayne, rammstein, otep etc etc...there's a german song that's on an amv I got off a friend ages ago that I love, but I've got no idea what the song is called or the name of the band. ah well, never mind, I enjoy it.

Also like a bit of classical, it's good to chill to.

Hmm I don't know if it was disscused here alerady, since I didnt read whole thread (i know, shame at me ), but somebody here listens to/knows The Delgados? They are (well.. were) quite awesome band, you can know them from Gunslinger Girl's opening song (http://youtube.com/watch?v=BCOpZIwZHJI), and they have more amazing songs. They boke up last year, but leader singer, Emma Pollock decided to do solo.. and her first single is just amazing - http://youtube.com/watch?v=yGDUSXAmwuA
Tell me you've been bad. Nice and clear.
