Ramires may have gone down a bit easily, but Sczezny kicked out at him and if the keeper makes a challenge, you have every right in the world to go to ground. Ramires should've just fired home in the first place, but the penalty was fair.
Yay Congo drew 2-2 with Ghana But we're so shit lol, I hope we can make it out of the group stages at least. Our goalkeeper had the funniest celebration after we equalised, I'll see if I can find a video of it

So paying Walcott £100,000 a week (lucky son of a...) managed to reduce the deficit against Chelski by one goal in the end.
Oh bugger off.
Gervinho got a goal against us at the Emirates and he doesn't even get paid that much. Then again, Wenger's "let's pay everyone a good amount so no one feels aggrieved in terms of wages" theory is idiotic.

So, Bradford overcomes Villa 4-2 on aggregate to advance to the League Cup Final. Congratulations, Bradford City!
Swansea vs Bradford final!?!!??
It will be Swansea vs Bradford City in the League Cup Final. Hazard was involved in an odd affair with an out of line Swansea ballboy who refused to return the ball to the field of play in an attempt to timewaste. Hazard attempted to get the ball back from the kid several times, but the kid refused to give the ball back and then dropped to the ground to prevent Hazard from getting it. Hazard eventually kicked the ball away from him, but the official saw fit to send Hazard off. Hazard deserves a 2-3 match ban for idiocy, but the ball boy needs to be permanently banned and Swansea fined for employing such a kid.
It looked like he kicked the kid, not the ball...
Here's the thing to look at.
Hazard deserved to be sent off for attacking the ball boy, but realistically, there should never have been a ball boy like that. Hazard deserves a short ban for losing his head instead of going to the ref.
Correct, but who's the adult in this situation? The kid is a shit, no denying that.
Both sides have apologized, but there's some violence against a child thing to consider. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21174252
