Blaming Melo only is cheap. Check the replay more than once please. When a goalkeeper comes out then he has to hit the ball even if it costs a team player's life.

Your goalkeeper wasn't good either in that situation. His physical contact is one of the reasons, Melo couldn't head it right either

you can clearly see here how the keeper is moving melo's head by touching him. If the keeper doesn't come out then Melo (note: he's standing all alone, why does GK have to come over there?) heads it right

holy crap... I wanted to see brazil win this game but after what we saw I can't say I feel sorry for them. The game was horrible to watch from the first minute until the last... brazil played like a spoiled brat, the second things did not go their way, the second they lost the advantage their entire gameplay fell appart like a card castle in a tornado. It was outright painful to watch. Can't really say a single good thing about brazil.... Congrats to holland though.

Brazil was sent home but Uruguay has passed to the next round. yay!!!!

I’m sad for Ghana; they played well and gave their all. There was more than one chance where Ghana had the opportunity to score the second goal against Uruguay.

I'm so happy that Uruguay won, yes even if they won during penalties.

Now go Argentina and Paraguay!!! I hope they win their respective games as well.

No not at all. I don't hate or dislike Brazil (the country or the team). Like you said I hate Dunga and thus I didn't want Brazil to win this WC. I was so when I heard the news that Ronaldinho wasn't in the main squad. As I said before, Kaka + Ronaldinho for Brazil is all you need to make things work for the best interests of the whole team. More importantly, I just can't stand Dunga's playing style. and...they've won too many WC's....

It wasn't Van Persie, it was Robben. But yeah, I saw it, funny as hell. That's when you know you've lost the match; when your match winners start reacting like that.

My bad. I personally thought Robben fell to the ground far too easily. Sure he got a touch but it wasn't a heavy one. Those slow-motion replays don't help all the time imo.

I'm devastated that Ghana lost in the end. I really wanted them to go through to the semi's. Gyan had the golden opportunity to close the curtain on Uruguay's WC campaign and make Africa even prouder of Ghana but "it wasn't meant to be" I guess.
