Your perception on Horoscope is not correct, Libra is not a slave to Leo. Libra is a cardinal sign and Leo is Fixed with lot of ego, which demands them to be the rulers. Eventhough it outwardly appears Leo leads the show, Libra by its charm will be pulling the strings to make Leo to dance to its tune, with Leo not even realising it.
