[AQS] is Aquastar Anime. They have been doing High-Quality Negima scans (Translated into English) from volume 7 to chapter 238 (I think). But they also do other anime and manga (though they emphasize on anime).The reason that they dropped the scans at the time was because they couldn't catch up with the series and other people started to scanlate (scan/translate) manga chapters that were newer.To give a real life example, they were like the Oldsmobile for manga. During the mid-part of their life, they [AQS/Oldsmobile] did high quality products, and towards the end, they weren't able to compete with other people.

Basically the world Negi is in currently is Cosmo Entelechia, stated by Zazie in the last page for those of you who can't read katakana or kanji

So...no translated scan yet? Ugh, with OneManga shutting down and everything, what other sites host up to date scans of Negima?

I believe that www.mangafox.com and www.mangareader.net have all of the current Mahou Sensei Negima chapters, which OneManga also has. To my knowledge, I dont believe these sites will also be going down, but for the time-being as OneManga is closing down, these are the places where I would go.
