Seems like a cool chapter... what in the world could gerard be thinking though, he seems to be so evil right now lol. Wonder what is going to happen with the magic once it reaches earthland though.

It seems to me like he's saying "I'm gonna use this magic to destory the world and start a new one where I can be the king of everything! Muhahahaha!".

Grandine and Metalicana look way better on this chapter!

Chapter 195 translation :

The battle ends with Natsu piercing through Dorma Anim and pulling Faust out of it. After being thrown onto the ground by Natsu, Faust begin to hallucinate by seeing three Dragons in front of him, and eventually passed out. Their celebration, however, was cut short when they noticed that many of the floating islands were falling. Shagotte, who was watching this from afar, state that if the islands are falling, then it means that magic is disappearing from Edoras. The Edoras Royal Army, the citizens of Edoras, and Edoras Fairy Tail Guild were confused by this change of event, and quickly turned into a state of panic. Mystogan told Pantherlily that everyone is in a state of panic because of the rapid change, that's why there's a need for a new ruler to calm the masses. Initially Pantherlily thought that the Prince will take the throne, but Mystogan merely replied that to calm the masses, he will be the antagonist that removed the magic from Edoras, and will be executed by the hero, the next King of Edoras.

The hero is Lily.

I think that he is doing this to repay pantherlily's kindness. Lily will probably say that he killed him but mistgun will appear near natsu and the others sujrprising them and they all head back to their world. I do hope they get a new member to the guild this arc. Also it looks gazeel will not get lily as his cat. I think his cat is going to come after this arc and try to kill him multiple times.

I don't think lily or FT would let things go as gerard plans.... it is more plausible lily will convince gerard of being the hero and lily will escape to earthland while faking his death.

Maybe he may become the new member and become gazeel cat sweet. I do hope coco will join him and join the guild too.

Even though Mistgun's action is somewhat evil, it is very heroic though .I don't Natsu's reaction to this will be nice.

BTW.Mistgun is sacrificing himself so that Edolas will achieve peace? sounds like what Zero did in Code Geass to me.

Those dragons look cooler than the other chapter

Oh I also think that the metal dragon does look like blue eyes white dragon or blue eyes shining white dragon from yugioh but he does look sweet.

Ironic that the Gerard that was originally evil lost his memory and is trying to be a good person - where now the edo-gerard seems to be the diabolical one.

I just read something that worries me. I read some that Mashima admitted that sometimes he doesn't know the direction of the story till the last minute. The plot will change randomly at will. I hope he at least knows how the story should end so at least there's a direction he's suppose to be heading. Probably why Lily is now to be made King instead of Gajeel's partner.
