Help understanding a couple of sentences

I need help for these 2 sentences.I have little or no idea what the actually meaning is...

I looked up this phrase but I still don't really understand.I found some references saying that "用件のみですが失礼します" is a phrase used when doing business under certain conditions.

用件のみで失礼しますみたいな感じ装っちゃって

I don't really get the later half of this sentence.

その時に交流増えたら　それ導入せざるを得なくなるよな

Without the context I can't be sure I'm 100% correct, but this is how I would interpret them:

用件のみで失礼しますみたいな感じ装っちゃって
I acted like I was sorry I'd only talked about work.

I see this sentence as someone kind of explaining how he had to cover something up or something by pretending and saying "用件のみで失礼します". But without the context I might be totally off :/

その時に交流増えたら　それ導入せざるを得なくなるよな
If our dealings increase, we won't have a choice but to implement that.

I guess you didn't get the "せざるを得なく" part, which means "won't have a choice but to ____" or "can't help but do ___" ^^

Well the context for the first one is that 2 people are talking about how this boy helped one of them.But one of the girls said to be wary of him (気をつけて)And then this line pops up.Is it because the girl may think that something fishy is going on and the boy is hiding something?That fits somewhat with what you said.

Thanks for this.I kept thinking that せざる was modifying 導入 so it never made sense.

When I translate
“用件のみで失礼しますみたいな感じ装っちゃっその時に交流増えたら” &　“それ導入せざるを得なくなるよな” without the context, I would translate like saladesu-san did.

In Japanese, we tend to omit the subjects, so it’s difficult to translate without contexts or pictures.

In this case, I guess you can change the subjects and/or objects of saladesu-san’s translation.
