@Jammin: Yeahhh, I really like "Paper Moon" as well, I was really surprised when I found out that Tommy-Heavenly6 was actually the lead singer of "the brilliant green", who also have some pretty good songs as well.
Also, another really good song I've been listening to for a couple of days is "KILL" by Mell, really unique, it's worth listening to.
"KILL" by Mell was pretty good, though my favorite song of theirs is still the opening from Black Lagoon "Red Fraction". I love that song.
Does anybody know the name of the song that is playing during the first episode of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle: Tokyo Revelations where
Was "Red Fraction" also sung by Mell?
No idea about the TRC song, sorry Jammin.
Yeah, it was. She seems to thrive on doing unique songs with an odd kind of rock twist to them. At least that's the pattern in her solo stuff.
As for the "Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle: Tokyo Revelations" song, it was worth a shot. I'll just have to find it the hard way.
Out of curiosity, what's your number 1 favorite anime in terms of music?

Wait, Mell is also part of a band? Which one?
Haha, I'll ask around for you, if you like.
In terms of music? Soul Eater for me, it's like one of the only animes which I watch mainly for the music, besides like the plot and animation and stuff. What about you?
She is one of the vocalists for a band called "I've Sound". At least that's what the wiki page says.
You don't need to go trough the trouble, I'll just download all the OST's and find it that way.
My favorite is Gurren Lagann, the way they used the music to strike the emotional tone they were looking for was just fantastic. Soul eater is a close second though. A few more musically great scenes, like Black Star's latest duel with Mifune, and it might overtake first place.

Ah right, I might check it out the group then.
Haha, enjoy the music then.
Oh nice, I haven't watched Gurren Lagann before unfortunately, so I haven't heard the music before.
Gurren Lagann is the best when it comes to Insert songs/BGM.The OP & ED is not so much, but overall, the soundtrack is really top-notch.
Anyone been listening to KAT-TUN's new single "One Drop"? YT Link
Not bad actually, if I do say so myself (not that I thought it was going to be bad or anything >.>).
D-T-S was the favourite for me from that single, One Drop was alright, it didn't really catch my attention that well.
I was hooked after watching the PV. XD I haven't really been able to process D-T-S yet. Though it's not bad.
Have you listened to the other (soon to come) new single, RESCUE?
Not yet. I'll wait for the single; I'm not that keen on KAT-TUN that much anymore. How's the sound of it, btw?
Hm, hard to say since the times I've listened to it the quality really wasn't good. It has a lot of English lyrics too.
Seems to be very popular though, also the theme song for the drama "RESCUE" with Nakamaru. :>
Ohhhhh, I see.
What kind of sound does it have? Pop, rock?
Pop, I would say. With very prominent beats. (Though I'm no expert)
