Could you translate in english what's written in this image?

The Chinese words mean "promotion club/society/group". DG probably refers to D.Gray-Man (I'm assuming this is the "Continue" that's one of Hoshino-sensei's works before DGM)? So, a DGM fangroup (for the sake of promoting DGM). No idea what FX is referring to though. But it looks like it's just a watermark and of not much importance.

Yes, it's Continue, a oneshot by Hoshino Katsura,
I translated it from chinese and I wanted to find the chinese scanlation group/translator to ask them if I could publish it (I thought that was the watermark of the group);
I am also trying to find the japanese raw, to make my version closer to the original and to check if something was lost in translation
