    Here's this for starters.

I'm sure there's an updated list somewhere but I don't feel like searching. You're the one who's trying to find it.

Also, I suggest you don't skip G8 arc since it's probably the best anime filler I have ever seen. I didn't even realize it was filler until I started reading manga. Davy Back fillers are also quite fun to watch.

Thanks, but I've already seen that thread and another thread like that but neither of them where up to date.

That didn't help seeing as it doesn't say which ones are fillers and which aren't.

Edit: I take that back to a extent they do tell you which arc's are filler but they don't tell you what episodes are filler. Some filler are mixed in with the main arc's and i need to know which to skip from those.

    Just start watching.
I will make you a list today evening(European time).
If you post in this thread every 40 episodes I will tell you the minor changes or what was censored. One Piece Anime stays true to the orginal source expect a few really minor changes. You can watch till episode 47 without any worry of filler.
By the way. Most people start to love One Piece at the arlong park arc. The arlong park arc starts at episode 31 and ends with epsiode 44. So watch at least till episode 44 before you decide to drop it.

    Edit: Ok here we go:

Till episode 48 there are no filler. Well there are little changes and a little bit of implied filler but every episode should be watched.
After Episode 47 there is a lot of filler mixed in with cannon material which gives you 2 choices.
Either you read chapter 97, 98, 99,100,101 and start again with the anime at episode 62(This choice has the disadvantage that the early chapters have EXTREMLY bad translation and that’s why I wouldn’t recommend it)
OR you do the following (this is what I would recommend):
Episode 48 and 49 are must watch
Episode 50 can be skipped but this episode is special. It was supposed to be cannon but because Oda wanted to time a certain event at chapter 100 he skipped this part but the anime team did animate it.
    Episode 51 can be skipped.
Episode 52 and 53 are must watch

Episode 54 is a must SKIP. Really, it is the beginning of a really bad filler arc which hurts the reputation of OP but sadly they mixed a little bit of cannon in two episodes.
Episode 55: From minute 2:38 – 7:32 it is a must watch (the calm belt part) but after this you can and should skip the rest.
Episode 56-60 are filler and must skip.
Episode 61 should be watched from minute: 13:05 till the end. Ignore the filler villain.

From episode 62-92 there is no filler.

I will do the rest when you are at Episode 62.
And don't decide to drop it until episode 44. The arlong park arc is really a great arc but the following are even better. One Piece gets better every arc and episode.

    Re: Fillers

Wikipedia doesn't have a legend of which episode is filler, does it?

    Here you have it

THAT'S the problem. A One Piece chapter is usually filled with material. This is what allow's them to go with 1chapter per Episode. This kind of works on speaking chapters but ruins the pace of the action chapters OR arcs. They mix a lot of filler with cannon material. it's not like for example Bleach were they make a lot of filler arcs but they actually do the canon material justice but more like DBZ with 5 minutes of stare battles.

In my Opinion the Anime really starts to loose quality after the skypia arc

I would REALLY recommend you to read the manga first.

    Re: Fillers

No No, read the manga later, that way you'll enjoy the anime, and when you start reading the manga you'll also enjoy it.
If you read the manga first, you'll kill the anime for you...

    Re: Fillers

    Pretty much.

A friend of mine watched the anime without watching the manga, and now, he started reading the manga from Chapter 1. I asked if he was nuts he said: I always do this xD

I've also been reading the manga, but in volumes x)
