D.Gray-man Reverse Novels Info and Discussion
Author: Kaya Kizaki
Illustrator: Katsura Hoshino
Has this been brought over to US? I have the Japanese versions.
It's not a big long novel, and not very well written either LOL. But since I'm currently very crazy about D. Gray, I'm thinking about translating the whole thing, slowly but surely on my free time.
But obviously, if it's already been done I won't. Please let me know.

I know that timcanpi started to do it...they've released two parts but I am not sure if they're still doing it.
You can find scanlation page for the novel here http://timcanpi.org/
What exactly is D.Gray Man Reverse?
Is it a spinoff series or something?

I thought the story was different, seeing as Baku plays an important part in it... but i have yet to read it, and Timcanpi is still doing it ( lot to translate though, slow releases... )Originally Posted by des
theres a torrent for volume one if anyone's interested, but it has a lack of seeds
Is it translated or just a raw scan? Either way, I'm sure someone would like a link, so please go ahead.Originally Posted by death-by-spoon

i am downloading it anyway, lmao. i am sure its easier to translate french to english rather than japanese to english.
heres a direct link to the download:
and the site i found it on! http://www.tokyotosho.com/ (just search for "d. gray-man")
tokyotosho has allt he latest raw scans too. i have a nice MQ/HQ raw for 85 from Raw-Manga that was located there
Awesome, I actually speak pretty decent French. I may be able to wrestle a plot synopsis out of it for everyone if the sentance structure isn't horribly advanced. Thanks for the link! ^^
lmao "wrestle" fight that bastard!Originally Posted by Nibi Nekomata
but this is good, maybe it will be done quick with combined effort!
although it will be a translation of a translation...
np, tokyotosho is my lifesaver. i reccommend it to impatient people like me.
two out of the three stories in Reverse-1 have now been released by timcanpi ( www.timcanpi.org ), but if you want to help them translate, uchipu... "i dont think they'd mind you doing that" ~~<3 ROFL XD
All right, I don't know if anyone's already posted this or everyone already knew this, but the second Reverse novel's already out (apparently). I can't read Japanese, but google had a lovely translation for me... So here's a link with the information for other people to decipher: http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/4087031659
It looks to me that it's about Rabi and the Bookman and it says its called "The 49th Name." Perhaps it tells why Bookmen have no name. Or maybe it's like the title for Bookmen as they pass it down and Rabi is the 49th name or the 49th Bookman. Either way, all the Rabi fans will be happy. :P
Here's the uber-long link for the google translated version for Japanese-stupid people like me: http://translate.google.com/translat...lr%3D%26sa%3DN
Thank you for telling us. I would love to see this translated *eyesparkles*
But I think even the first one is still incomplete, huh?
Yeah... -wishes she knew Japanese- Oh well... I think it'll be a looong time before Timcanpi gets around to translating it...
Anyway, here's another site with a bigger picture of the cover: http://bookweb.kinokuniya.co.jp/gues...SBN=4087031659
Looks even better than the first. I wish it would come out for the US though.
