The filler contradicted the events in the manga, and... To say the least, I can't say that the animation was all too good either. Especially the eye posturing and positioning (when Kakashi was spying on his subordinates, which wasn't present in the original anime).

At least we have some canon, and by that, I mean Danzo nominating himself to replace Tsunade as the Hokage. This wasn't a total fail at all.

Next time is going to be a ridiculous filler, the timing is all messed up, The bandits that Gato hired to kill Tazuna's family are kidnapping Inari, along with the other kids? Then Naruto and Sasuke work together to save them. The hell?!

Where the last episodes succeeded at bridging old arc and new arc, and connecting filler and canon, this one was just... fail.
The beginning with the Feudal Lord meeting was nice, but the rest was 1:1 stuff we've seen before, and to make it worse it screwed with the canon material. Thus creating an atmosphere of awkwardness. Which is bad.

I'm sooo gonna skip the next episode. I saw enough Inari for multiple life times by just seeing him once, and I got enough Naruto screaming a random companion's name to last till armageddon.

I'm not against filler (though I prefer there weren't any), but condradicting the manga is a big fucking no-no. I'm not that mad, but I'd much rather they create a small filler arc like the six-tails one rather than go against what was previously stated in the manga.

I don't get that either. We are going to revise all the arcs in different perspectives via flashbacks mixed with canon? This sucks. When Sakura gets back with the water she's going to take a look at Tsunade and she will be all "oh yeah, I remember when I pleaded her to be my med teacher" and then RIDICULOUS FLASHBACK TIME!
