Kabuto's true intentions

I was re-reading some parts of the manga, and I saw something strange...
It seems that Zetsu might be more important that we thought...

Maybe he's an exact replica of the Shodai, or he is what allows Tobi to use the Rinnegan, or something like that.
Look here how Tobi use "one Zetsu" to get something from Kabuto, just as if "one zetsu" was really worth something big:

First of all, I've said this many times before, and I'll say it again: I want Kabuto to be the final villain of the manga, if that's at all possible.

Why? Simple. He was the first recurring antagonist introduced in the series, way back at the start of the Chuunin exams. (Chapter #39)


We know that his stated goal is to continue Orochimaru's efforts, which is to discover the true essence of Ninjutsu.

Although it was always assumed that they wanted the sharingan so they could use it to copy or analyze techniques or something, I don't think that's really the case. They need the sharingan because that's one of the vital components to producing the Rinnegan. The other is the body of a Senju, which we also saw that they were experimenting with.

Since the Rinnegan is what let the Sage of the Six Paths develop Ninshu, I think that that's what they've always wanted to obtain.

Ninshu was the origin of ninjutsu, and may hold the secret truths of ninjutsu as a result.


Personally, I don't think Itachi should kill Kabuto, if only because that would be such an empty victory -- a character who is already dead and already defeated one of the main antagonists, defeating one of the two main antagonists? How anticlimactic would that be?


Edit: Also, there's still a lot we don't know about Kabuto, such as the extent of his spy network, or most importantly, his origins. Who were his parents? How was he orphaned? How did he become the only survivor of the Battle for Kikyo Pass, even though he was just a child?

I have the same thoughts as well.

Including with Kabuto who seemed to acknowledged Naruto during the Chuunin exams when teamed up together and saw something in Naruto that he could become a monster.

Also Kabuto was inspired from Naruto and thanks to him, he became who he is today.

I don't care about kabuto, but Oro. is a pretty prsistent bastard he will most likely take advantage of the time when kabuto is weak and take over his body. Oro. is one of the main villains of the story there are too many things that are connected to him and for him to die so easily doesn't feel right. So I think that at the end he will most likely take over.

Tobi is the one that killed Naruto's parents, and he's responsible for the death of Sasuke's parents... he's the one that should be the last boss...

Him or Sasuke, IMO.

Does that matter? Naruto hasn't met Kabuto in his new form yet, and he will realize that he did created a monster and he will destroy him.

Don't count Sasuke, Danzo and the Elders the ones who set up the Uchiha Massacre. Tobi was the one who mainly caused Naruto's life only.

summoning the fox,tobi started the uchihas' segregation. he was itachi's enemy ecc. sasuke has got a lot of reasons to hate him too. he,or madara,is the main villain,since kabuto has just come to help them...
