What if Sasuke gets morbidly obese and to lazy to work the weight off because he has Susanoo to do everything for him?

Like "oh shit I'am Thirsty but I'am watching this game show right now and I dont want to stand up... Bahh... I'll just use Susanoo to get me some coke out of the fridge..."

edit: of course all this eating and the constant teasing about his weight fuels him with enough chakra/hatred to maintain Susanoo all the time and thanks to EMS going blind isnt an issue either!
