You can't really expect an exact tl if you don't specify who said the line, to whom, and why. Given this, you can only get a literal tl which might or might not make sense.
1. Always tell to keep the salary within range. しとけ = しておけ, basically an imperative of する
2. Think that isn't [someone] leading a really easy life
3. It shouldn't be harsh! That oyaji's discipline/training (I guess this is the best fit for what I think is the context)
4. Hitting, kicking, yelling... How many times [someone] tried to run away from that!
You may not need any more comments since the thread prefix is Done, but here are a couple of things to add.
I always tell you only to buy/chose things that are within the range of your salary. (Don't spend more than you earn.)
I can't tell you how hard/difficult/painful it is!!!
It is extremely hard/difficult/painful!
Edit:Forgot to add...
I think XX is (or has been) awfully enjoying his/her life.
<すげい awfully, a lot, very>
<～じゃねえか＝～じゃないか guessing ～, wonder if ～>
