Aizen vs. Ulquiorra
this keeps the others ones nicely aligned Aizen
Aizen Sōsuke, an evil-supergenius megalomaniac and former 5th division captain, is a master of machinations and manipulation. His virtual mastery of all facets of shinigami combat fuels his superiority complex and set him on a quest to become the most supreme being in existence. His zanpakutō, Kyouka Suigetsu, allows him in shikai to manipulate the five senses of any person that has ever seen his initial release. The only method to avoid being trapped in Aizen's illusions is to touch Kyōka Suigetsu's blade before complete hypnosis is activated.
this keeps the others ones nicely aligned Ulquiorra
The Fourth (Cuatra) Espada and the only to explicitly exhibit a second stage of Resurrección. He was trusted the role of watching over Las Noches as Aizen fought on the front in Fake Karakura Town. Although he appears reserved and calm in appearance, his power is the complete opposite and he rains terror on his opponents with his Resurrección, Murciélago. Not only does he possess enhanced high-speed regeneration in this state, but his Cero Oscuras and Lanza del Relámpago give him enough power to wipe out everything around him.

Aizen, no need to say much more beyond that. Lack of knowledge on Aizen's ability is literally crippling, and even with it it's exceedingly hard to deal with regardless.
This is a tough choice. It ultimately comes down to how easily Aizen can place Ulquiorra under KS. Even then, if Ulquiorra doesn't go R2 FAST he's dead.
Aizen wins although I don't think he would be able perform the KS ceremony. Honestly though it's not needed.
It isn't even a fight. Aizen doesn't need illusions here. He wins sealed, maybe with one or two Kidou moves.
The people voting for Ulquiorra better have some damn good reasons
Clearly Aizen here.
Lol, Aizen rapestomps him. Any other arguments are meaningless.
Aizen, no need to even debate this really, this might as well be Yamamoto VS Ukitake. I still expect some pity votes for Ulq, but with fights like this, there's hardly even a point in opening them up for discussion.
Aizen vs Ulquiorra?
I mean depending on how strong R2 Ulq actually is WITHOUT using KS Aizen MAY have some trouble, but thats without KS, and its pretty much impossible to tell how strong Ulq's R2 was in comparison to the rest of the Espada.

Aizen wins, hell even Ulquiorra agrees.
I believe Aizen was fully aware of Ulquiorra and both of his releases. In fact, he treated Ulquiorra as a stepping stone for Ichigo's development.
I don't think Aizen's shikai would be necessary here; Gin's speech during Aizen's slaughter in FKT made it pretty clear that Aizen's power is more fearsome than his illusions.
To whom this may concern: Second guessing that Ulquiorra > Wonderweiss vote, eh?
Aizen wins.I'm even incline to say that Aizen without KS takes this with mid difficulty at the most.
