Hitsugaya Hitsugaya Tōshirō, the captain of the 10th division, is a young prodigy whose talent and sense of responsibility compensates for his physical immaturity. Although he generally has a cool, collected demeanor, he can let his emotions get the better of him when it comes to his protecting those dearest to him like Hinamori Momo. As a Gotei 13 captain, he is proficient in various areas of shinigami combat. His zanpakutō, Hyōrinmaru, allows him to manipulate water in the form of ice to various effects, such as instanteously freezing objects, generating frozen dragons and dragon wings, creating ice clones, and manipulation of the weather.

Rukia Kuchiki Rukia is an unseated Shinigami in the 13th Division under Captain Ukitake Jūshirō. Rukia is the younger sister of Hisana Kuchiki and the adoptive sister of Byakuya Kuchiki, as well as a friend of Ichigo Kurosaki. Rukia's zanpakutō, Sode no Shirayuki, is released with the command "dance." In its released state, the blade becomes completely white and a ribbon forms from the pommel, earning it the recognition as the most beautiful zanpakutō in Soul Society. Sode no Shirayuki utilizes ice and snow to attack.

Nelliel Once ranked third Espada, Nelliel is a sophisticated, principled, and compassionate arrancar who prefers reason over violence, which she views as merely a means for protecting one's self or friends. She lost her position in Aizen Sōsuke's army after being deceptively attacked by Nnoitra Gilga and, indirectly, Szayel Aporro Granz, an event that left her skull mask cracked, memory and power lost, and body and mind regressed into those of a young child. She possesses the unique ability, Cero Doble, in which she swallows an incoming cero and returns it while firing a cero of her own. With the resurrección of her zanpakutō, Gamuza, she transforms into an ibex-like centaur with her zanpakutō taking the form of a double-sided lance. The only known special attack in her released form is Lanzador Verde, in which she hurls at an opponent her lance, increasing in speed, spiritual energy, and torque until it drills into the foe.

Lisa Yadōmaru Lisa was the former lieutenant of the 8th Division under Captain Kyōraku Shunsui. She is a girl with glasses and long, braided, dark hair, who dresses in a seifuku. She seems easily irritated and apparently likes to read erotic manga. Her mask resembles a knight's helmet with a cross shape opening on it. Her zanpakutō is called Haguro Tonbo. In its shikai form, it becomes a large guan dao or monk's spade with a fanned blade and large orb on the opposite end.

Gotta go with Ice, Ice, Baby. Not only is it the better name, but both participants have shown much better feats. While Lisa is undoubtedly better than Rukia, Hitsugaya and Rukia have complimentary powers.

I think there will be an oversimplification of Lisa beats Rukia, then teams up with Nel to beat Hitsugaya. But in this case, with abilities that are damn near identical, their power will be greater than the sum of their parts. Rukia is also quite adept at Kido, that doesn't hurt to at the very least, buy time should she find herself in a 1v1 situation.

Both Nel and Lisa haven't shown feats to prove they can take on Hitsugaya, any votes for them will be too speculative IMO

Neliel is really underestimated on this forum. In her prime she would dominate Nnoitora without even breaking a single sweat. Nnoitora claims the espada got stronger, but by how much is up in the air. He certainly wasn't doing too hot against her when they fought, and this was despite the fact that she had to have been totally rusty, still had her mask cracked, and was straining herself by her own admission. Yet despite all of the above Nnoitora couldn't land a single hit on her. We know even sealed Neliel has amazing cutting power because she was easily able to slice through his heirro as well.

Also, like or not Takahashi, Rukia WILL be fodderized in seconds here. She can't last 5 seconds against either opponent. If Lisa goes after Rukia she'll be dead quicker than bankai + mask Ichigo dealt with Dordonii.

IMO it's up in the air who would win between a Neliel in her prime and Toushirou, add in Lisa and yeah...

She will be, if she's up there alone, due to the nature of her ability, she could also support Hitsugaya. If their abilities weren't complimentary, I'd give her no chance, but I'm not looking at this as 2 sets of 1v1 when both people can assist each other like these two.

More than anything, it's lack of feats in Team Ladies Night that was the deciding factor for me. I've never been all that impressed with Nel, and Lisa is a question mark (although still better than Rukia obviously).

That's still pretty impressive, if this is Nel fully restored we're talking about then I can easily see her being 3-4th espada level. Toushirou fought the third espada, but his ability matched well against hers. I don't think he would have done so well against R1 Ulquiorra for instance.

My point is that Nel was not dominating Noitora like you suggested, his injuries were minimal, and neither did much to the other. She only kicked his ass when released, and obviously they weren't on equal ground then. Any other number you place on her is speculative, which is why in my first post, I think is too loose to be able to base a win off of.

Her ice was enough to stop Grimmjow in his tracks for a good 30 seconds, I don't see her as being completely useless in this fight. I'm going with the assumption that she won't be trying to go toe to toe with her opponents.

Ice Ice Baby. Lisa may have the advantage against Rukia strength wise, but teamwork punches that in the face, and neither opponent on the opposing side have any attacks of any kind of danger to them. She can probably get off one really big second dance, then Hitsugaya takes it from there with advantage in range, scale, and indeed versatility to say the least.

That being said Rukia being here probably lessens his chances in all honesty. A decent HH would put Nel down real fast, then Lisa's easy pickings.

I think Rukia's rather out of her league here - I feel she's at low VC level, and her power is basically an icicle to Hitsugaya's glacier, so I don't see her as being much help to him, so I almost see it as becoming a 2 on 1 quite quickly. An ex VC with Vizard powers and a former 3rd Espada are going to be quite a bit above Rukia's level.

When Nel was fighting Nnoitra, she initially had the upper hand but then he seemed to be dominating until she transformed - but I feel that if he had done the same he would win the fight, but it would be close, so I would put her at around his level. Although her speed seemed to be impressive, I don't think she would compare to Hallibel in either power or speed - Hallibel was a Vasto Lorde where Nel was clearly an Adjuchas so logically Nel shouldn't be on the same level. Lisa I don't know much about, but a Vizard VC should be quite a bit above a regular VC.

I'm undecided on this really - Hitsugaya might be able to take them both on, although Nel's speed could be a problem for him.

Nel's speed wasn't, from what I saw, particularly special. Granted she caught Nnoitra a few times, but seriously, that dude's speed in itself was nothing to write home about. She might have chance unreleased, but released...

How do flash steps/sonido even work with a horse/goat/whatever's legs? Granted I'm not particularly up on my animal facts, but while she would be able to do amazing charging kinds of attacks and rushes, I would think it would come at the severe cost of mobility, which seems like a huge disadvantage all in all. A horse for example doesn't strike me as something that can turn very quickly to say the least, and charges are particularly easy to predict.

Then again a horse also strikes me as something that can't swim, and apparently they can so who knows.

If you feel like you can effectively discuss Nelliel in her prime, then you may do so. If you do not feel comfortable doing that, you can stick to the version of Nelliel we saw in her last fight against Nnoitra (although, since he said that the Espada had improved since her time, she might be roughly the same as we saw).

The main point is that you should not have to worry about Nelliel reverting to her child form at any point during the match. She is completely here as an adult. Beyond that, go with the information you have from the manga that you feel can support your position.

I considered Nel stronger then Nnoitra and her lost against him is just because her stamina wasn't like it used to be, hence she was winning at the start of the fight.

Anyway she has shown CQC that was better then Nnoitra and good speed that totally surprised him, Lisa on the other hand was fighting on par with Harribel for a while so I consider her atleast low captain level.

Harribel's CQC never impressed me actually.

Rukia is out of her league here she could hold off Lisa though.
Hitsugaya was doing fine against Harribel and his HH would take out his opponents in this match, if he gets the chance to use it.
