    Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni vs Suì-Fēng

    Yamamoto vs. Suì-Fēng

this keeps the others ones nicely aligned
    Yamamoto

Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni is the captain of the 1st division and also the Captain-Commander of the whole Gotei 13. The oldest captain, Yamamoto is a loyal and serious man who is well-respected almost universally among shinigami. He follows the laws of Soul Society to the letter and does not tolerate insubordination. As the founder of the Shinō Academy along with over two millennia of combat experience, Yamamoto is revered as the most powerful combatant in Soul Society. His zanpakutō, Ryūjin Jakka, is the oldest and the most powerful fire-type zanpakutō. When released in shikai, Ryūjin Jakka's blade is engulfed into fire. The aura of this weapon can disintegrate everything and anything that Yamamoto waves the sword at, being capable of incinerating an area even greater than that of Karakura Town. He is also able to use the powerful special shikai abilities Jōkaku Enjō and Ennetsu Jigoku.
this keeps the others ones nicely aligned
    Suì-Fēng

Suì-Fēng is the commander-in-chief of the Onmitsukidō and the captain of the 2nd division. She is staunchly loyal, firm, and unbending in her beliefs. She is a hard worker and takes a strong moral stance. Suì-Fēng is proficient in all areas of shinigami combat, but is truly a master of stealth and assasination. The special shikai ability, Nigeki Kessatsu, of her zanpakutō, Suzumebachi, is perfect for this type of combat, providing a two-hit instant kill. She greatly dislikes using her bankai, Jakuhō Raikōben (a large missle-launcher) because it offends her pride as a covert-ops specialist. In addition, Suì-Fēng is able to use the powerful technique, Shunkō, which combines hand-to-hand combat with kidō.
this keeps the others ones nicely aligned

yamamoto wins but if sui-feng can do the two strike instant kill she wins or even a 1 shot 1 kill from her bankai but i have a feeling yamamoto would just turn her to ashes

Dude, this is a horrible rape on Soi Fon lol.

She's outclassed by feats, hype, and everything else you can think of that would help someone win a fight. It's not even that she's outclassed in combat, but rather just...not nearly on the same level.

For someone who Aizen refused to fight even after he had lost his sword to lose to someone that Aizen lolblitzed along with three other high class Shinigami would require a miracle that is unlikely as me voting Soi Fon.

I don't think there's much to discuss here, as Yama, on top of his other abilities, is possibly faster than Soifon as well. I'm interested to hear any arguments which can favor Soifon in any way though

Re: Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni vs Suì-Fēng

I was so happy to see Soi Fon moving on, and then I noticed who her next opponent got to be....It's not fair dammit! I'd rather have Soi Fon and Shunsui switch places right about now...

Anyway, it's been so eloquently put already, Yama babyshakes. Soi Fon may be able to pull off the two hit kill, and I imagine her Bankai can fuck up just about anyone. But no way are those odds anywhere high enough to give her a vote.

Yama barehanded one shots her. Grabs her hand when she goes to stab him, and roasts her with his reiatsu alone. This is not even a fight, too bad, Soi is a beauty with a haxx shikai and a nuke, but this man's picture is in the dictionary by the definition of Hax. Too bad.

Yamamoto, suffice to say. He'd have to literally forgo his sword for her to even have a prayer. And not a particularly good one either, dude is that rape. One hit anywhere near the torso with a single bone is killing virtually any opponent without a very potent hierro.

Unfortunately for Soifon, Yama isn't even the "let's sit back and see what she has to throw at me" type, he'll just go straight into "reduce all of creation to ash" and it'll be over imo.

If Aizen resisting Soi Fon's shikai was real and not just an illusion, then the odds are 100% percent in old man Yama's favor. But if it was an illusion, its 99% in Yama's favor with a 1% chance of Soi Fon landing her second strike while Yama punches her so hard, she explodes, resulting in a draw.

Wait, didn't Aizen already prove that Suzumebachi's ability can be tanked with a large enough reiatsu oppressing her own? I don't think that was an illusion. Eitherway, she has to pierce the target to place a tatto (homonka I think?) on them, not just tap them with her zanpakuto. And if she's not strong enough to draw blood from Yama then no tattoo, correct?

He wins regardless. I'm just wondering why no one mentioned Aizen tanking Suzumebachi.

Re: Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni vs Suì-Fēng

    Yamamoto wins this one sealed

As some have pointed out, Aizen already demonstrated that Soifon's two-hit-kill ability can be suppressed if the opponent has a large enough reiatsu.

To whoever thinks that it was an illusion:

Also, Yamamoto is stronger, more proficient at kido, hand-to-hand combat, swordsmanship, and is faster.

Conclusion: Yamamoto wins 100 out of 100 times.

Seems pretty obvious when you consider what he does seconds later and admits to, and the fact that he has no injury from Shunsui's attack which was roughly a second after his little speech.

Anyhoo, without getting into a whole KS debate. Yeah Yama wins regardless of what benefit of the doubt you give Soi Fon.

Not to mention that Soifon was not only missing an arm, but was also exhausted after firing her Bankai a second time when her limit was supposed to be one shot every three days. It's obvious that Soifon's reiatsu was on the low when she went to face Aizen. And considering Aizen's was high.... well you get the picture. A 100% healthy Soifon could have been a different story had her hit connected. Though Aizen still has LOLillusions to save him...

    @Takahashi

Shinji also injured Aizen earlier on. There was no sign of such an injury either. What's your point?

Call it the artist's incompetency (lack of attention to detail) or the Hōgyoku instantly healing Aizen, in any case, I do not see why you'd read so much into such a simple manga where everything is explained later on to the readers, if it ever were to happen.
