This chapter reminds me of why Ikki is one of my favourite characters in this manga. Nue is there with this super serious look on his face, and then Ikki comes in and BAM!!, and completely does his own crap from now onward. Genius.

Well another chapter for this battle like it hasn't been dragged out long enough. Hopefully 310 will be the last of this battle and maybe OG will have Nike show up.

Maybe having the elevator come up and Nike step out carrying Onigiri's body, he doesn't have to be but that would be awesome. Then maybe a couple of chapters of flashback of the battle.

Then just to piss off the sensitive readers OG can have Nike kill Nue's kids. Why would he kill them well because he's Nike and that's why we love him.

Hopefully OG will do something cool like that and not have another chapter showcasing Ikki's douchiness.

The real question is why didn't she just do this in the beginning instead of waiting until now?

She could've done it easily before the battle or allowed Falco and the others to keep Nue occupied while she did it. Since it only took a few minutes if that, it's not like it took forever.

But this is OG, characters not doing what makes sense is par for the course.

They knew Aeon was going to betray them, that's why they used him to bring Koga to the ship. Why Gorgon is still alive since they really seem to have no more reason to keep her alive is beyond me. Hopefully Nike will catch up to Simca and kill Gorgon in front of her and maybe slap her around a bit. I'm hoping OG has Nike make things painful for the Ikki and his group of sycophants. If not then this is going to be the most boring arc ever.

I think you guys might be giving Nike too much credit. From what I've seen, Sora is the brains and Nike is the brawn. Though they are twins, and I wouldn't say Sora isn't strong or Nike isn't smart, they are more attuned to those respective roles.

Why did Nike not kill Gorgon? Probably didn't think it mattered. As far as Nike is concerned, just a bunch of nobodies are on the ship to test the rest of the gravity children who, by his estimates, would appear to be not up to par.

So 310 = Ikki v Nue race obviously

Let's start predicting 311. Whose fight will they cut to next? It's been some time since we've heard from Kazu or Aeon, so they are my expectations, but it might cut to Onigiri v Nike for a little bit or even wrapping up some other scenes (i.e. what's the female group up to, Buccha or Agito?)

As to who Kazu or Aeon will fight. Most likely Alexander still, despite him being crushed apparantly easily. If he was meant to be a great counter to Aeon, then surely he won't be caught in the same tricks twice.
