Team Cueball Cubed vs. Team Big Gunz

this keeps the others ones nicely aligned
    Hachigen

Ushōda Hachigen, commonly referred to as Hachi, is the physically largest Visored. He was formerly the Vice Kidō Captain of the Kidō Corps under Tessai Tsukabishi. He specializes in binding spells, and as such is always tasked with making barriers for the Visored. He is skilled enough to use bakudō up to 99 without reciting their incantations. By his own admission, his powers are very similar to those of Inoue Orihime. Despite his unusual size, Hachi is actually very kind and gentle. He has been seen with a zanpakutō encased in his barrier right before confronting a horde of Gillian; however, it is uncertain what its powers are or if it is even a zanpakutō at all.

    Ikkaku

Madarame Ikkaku is the 3rd Seat of the 11th Division in the Gotei 13. His captain is Zaraki Kenpachi. Ikkaku is a stereotypical 11th Division member — violent, fight-loving, and rude. Ikkaku considers fighting fun, just as his captain does, and tries to get as much fun as he can out of his opponents, so much so that he would take deadly risks to drag out the fight for as long as possible.

With his shikai command is "Grow," his zanpakutō, Hōzukimaru, becomes what looks like a naginata, but Ikkaku can use "Split" command to separate his naginata into its true form which is a Sansetsukon. Ikkaku's bankai, Ryūmon Hōzukimaru, gets increasingly more powerful as the fight drags on, interestingly different from most of the other bankai.

    Starrk

Coyote Starrk is the Primera Espada, signified by the "1" tattooed on the back of his left hand. The aspect of death he represents is solitude. Starrk has an overall lazy and laid-back personality and is normally reluctant, yet can be serious and willing to do what needs to be done to complete the task at hand.

Unlike the rest of the Espada, Starrk's power is not sealed inside his zanpakutō but is released when he recombines with Lilynette Gingerback, who was shown as his Fracción but is actually another part of him. When they combine, their release is Los Lobos. He wields two ornamental guns able to fire off cero in rapid succession, one of these guns actually being Lilynette with whom he is able to converse. Stark and Lilynette can also separate portions of their souls to form a pack of wolves that explode upon contact with an enemy as well as form swords for close combat.
this keeps the others ones nicely aligned
    Matsumoto

Matsumoto Rangiku is Lieutenant of the 10th Division of the Gotei 13. She has an easy-going and free-spirited personality. Despite her lackadaisical image, she can be extremely serious when needed and is a capable fighter and strategist.

Like most of Vice Captains, she is reasonable at swordsmanship, shunpo, kidō, endurance and durability. Her shikai ability of her zanpakutō, Haineko, turns her blade to ash. She can then cut anywhere the ash has landed on.

If Starrk can handle two Vizard captains by himself, then he could probably do the same against these two. I don't see Hachi's barriers being effective here, and Ikkaku's Bankai isn't gonna be enough against all of those wolves.

Re: Team Cueball Cubed vs Team Big Gunz

Unfortunately for Team CC, Starrk's just too damn strong. His machinegun ceros could screw them from the start - neither Hachi or Ikkaku are known for their speed. Starrk could in fact probably blitz both of them before they had a chance to do anything. He is also too fast to give enough time to either Hachi or Ikkaku to attack Lilinette before he combines with her. If Starrk remains in character and doesn't attack immediately however, Hachi would have a chance to try some high level binding Kido on Starrk. Still though, I think that Starrk could Sonido out of the way of anything Hachi throws at him. Oh, I haven't even mentioned Rangiku. She would probably be a match for Ikkaku in Shikai, but when he goes into Bankai I'm afraid she's toast. But it won't come to this, Starrk will finish them both before Rangiku is in any real danger. Wolves won't be needed imo.

Starrk Solo's. He's probably the one individual in the loser brackets, save obviously Barragon who was ousted already who could take on two captain levels at once without breaking a sweat.

Granted he shouldn't be in the loser Bracket in the first place... but... >>

Starrk should win, but I think the barriers would be tough- Hacchi isn't a pushover. But he's not going to win on his own. Ikkaku won't cream Matsumoto either. Even if he is stronger and could beat her, it'll take longer than a little bit. Starrk should have no problem with Hacchi by himself.

Matsumoto can probably take on Ikkaku before he goes Bankai, and even if she doesn't Stark solos.

Re: Team Cueball Cubed vs Team Big Gunz

There is absolutely no reason why Ikkaku/Hachi defeated Wonderweiss/Hinamori seeing how the latter would make for a much more interesting fight for Starrk/Matsumoto. I could see Starrk taking this w/o releasing, wolves would be overkill.

Stark solos Although Matsumoto can help this time, as i don't see Ikaku going bankai around her (not that he's bankai would make much of a difference)

As the popular opinion goes, Starrk solos this match. Not much more need be said

Matsumoto is a weak spot that can be taken by Ikkaku or Hachi, but it doesn't matter, cause Starrk will take them both.

    It's Team Big Gunz's win.

Re: Team Cueball Cubed vs Team Big Gunz

As much as I like the team of Ikkaku and Hachi (since they complement each other quite nicely with raw power in the frontlines and kidou from the back), Stark will own them both.

It doesn't really matter how the match-ups go. If Matsumoto attacks Hachi and Ikkaku goes for Stark, Matsumoto may last a while against Hachi, but Ikkaku will get obliterated. He's an underrated fighter in my opinion, definitely approaching captain-class, but Stark? He's a freaking monster. In every area, he's been shown to excell, putting him roughly at the level of the senior captains. Power? Can unleash an unholy hell of Ceros, not to mention the wolves. Skill? Kept up with Kyouraku's sword-play, easily saw through his fighting style, understood Sougyou no Kotowari's exact ability in three moves and countered in the colour-game in one. Endurance? Took a direct hit from Tengumaru and was barely even scratched; stabbed through the back with one of those huge Dao-ish blades of Katen Kyoukotsu and kept fighting. Speed? Snatched Orihime right out from under Kenpachi and Ichigo's noses and has shown impressive feats throughout his fight with Kyouraku. Poor Ikkaku is way out of his league. With some effort, Stark can probably take on his Bankai without even releasing.

If it's Ikkaku VS Matsumoto and Hachi VS Stark, things get a little more interesting, but no real change. It's the most likely option, as the best strategy would be to have Ikkaku defeat Matsumoto as soon as possible, while Hachi bides time against Stark; once Ikkaku is finished, they would team up and have Ikkaku keep him busy, while Hachi tries to bind him.

Hachi's only real hope to survive is to bury himself in barriers as soon as the match begins, or have them at the ready, but if Stark isn't lazy and blitzes him, he's doomed. Any attempt at offense from Hachi will be pointless, as Stark can easily dodge or survive most kidou. A high-level Bakudou is his best hope, but there's not a chance he'll manage without someone to distract Stark. Even then, only a #99 may be sufficient to keep Stark down. In the end, Hachi will have to use his barriers to defend himself; assuming Hachi can cast them all around himself, then Stark will definitely have to release to break through the stronger ones. However, with such an insane amount of Ceros or his wolves at his disposal, he will succeed in doing so eventually and after that, Hachi will get murdered.

Meanwhile, Matsumoto will give Ikkaku a tough match, but he'll definitely win once he activates his Bankai. But by then, Stark will most likely be through with Hachi and will blast Ikkaku into oblivion with Cero Metralleta. Even if Hachi is still capable of fighting, Ikkaku won't last long enough against Stark to give Hachi the chance to use a high-level Bakudou. Really, everything about this match points in favour of Stark and Matsumoto.

    Team Big Gunz wins.

I could see the two of them working together and making it past Starrk phase 1, but as soon as the wolves come out they're done.

You think Hachi could react to Stark's insane speeds?
