    Na-Cl is an ionic bond

    Sucrose has three types of bonds:
    C-H is a covalent bond
    O-H is a covalent bond
    C-O is a covalent bond

    Igotthegoods: O-H is still a covalent bond, as this is the bond between atoms. Between one O-H and another would be a hydrogen bond.
