With a whole lot of pink hair and "Shānnarō!," she has transformed from a whiny waif to a skilled shinobi in large part to her tutelage from the legendary medical kunoichi, Tsunade, to whom she is often compared. Just like Tsunade, Sakura uses her superb chakra control to perform medical ninjutsu and exhibit superhuman strength. She has been taught by Shizune to use poison in battle, such as when she used a poison-laced kunai in her failed assassination attempt on Uchiha Sasuke.

Once a shy, softhearted boy, he has grown into a strong shinobi worthy of the title of 16th head of the Akimichi clan. As a member of the Akimichi, he can convert his calories into chakra. This can be done either with aid of pills or independently, and once achieved, his chakra takes the form of butterfly wings. With his Baika no Jutsu and its variants, he can also increase the size of his body as a whole or in part.

I think that from what we´ve seen lately from Chouji, he will take it. Sakura is a good medic and strong, but I believe that she still stands no chance.

Choji. His winged form gives him much increased speed, so Sakura probably couldn't defend much against him though I think their amount of raw strength is equal.

All the same, we've seen how physically strong Sakura is. If she can knock back a block of iron with a single punch, then she can deal decent damage. Chouji (in large form) is a larger target and Sakura demonstrated against Sasori that she knew how to maneuver, so I wouldn't completely discount her skills.

I would say Sakura's evading skills are superb, as time goes on i expect when not paralysed by Sasuke unrequited love jutsu, she will hopefully show an improvement akin to the way Elder Chiyo could move.

Therefore with her ability to dodge and Chouji not knowing any long range or elemental attacks i feel Sakura, who has always shown to be of high intelligence would choose to use poison attacks from mid range to wear down Chouji until he was weak enough for a final cautious attack.

Also bear in mind Sakura can heal her own wounds where as Chouji can not.

A punch from Chouji and it's all over. However a punch from Sakura equals great damage to Chouji too. Imagine what a fully powered punch to Chouji's foot would do to him, the guy would fall over in pain, leaving an opening for Sakura to climb on top of his belly or face and smash him to bits. The question is whether Sakura can mange to dodge Chouji's enormous fist. As long as she manages to get to him first then Chouji is screwed, one punch from Sakura to Chouji's head and his skull would shatter.

This one is hard. Both rely on there strength but Sakura has her medical ninjutsu. I'm not sure about this one yet so I won't cast my vote yet, but so far I would give this to Sakura.

Sakura does not only have a crazy strenght,she has,medical skills and a certain potential for genjutsu.

Chouji would be obliged to go butterfly mode very quickly or it's a defeat.


I 'll give this one to Sakura,Tsunade being her sensei and her fight against Sasori make the decision.

this is one of those fights that is "whoever lands first" wins (atleast IMO) chouji is quite a huge target at times and sakura is probably a bit faster then him.....in a fight of endurance I also see Sakura have the advantage since unlike chouji he strength augment can be turned on and off at will (if I'm not mistaken) while chouji will just burn through chakra....It could really go either way but I see sakura have better tools and slightly edges out chouji IMO

My vote goes to Sakura, Choji's "Bullet-Tank and Mulit-Size jitsu's are fast, but just one punch from Sakura and its game over. His Mult-Size jitsu would work great with Shinobi's like Kakuzu and Asuma; however, its a double-edge sword against other power-types like Sakura, for she can just concentrate her attack on one of Choji's arms or legs causing him to lose focus.

Chouji would flatten Sakura. With all of Sakura's supposed strength, she is a terrible fighter. She's also never shown to possess any sort of speed so a super butterfly Chouji would simply just step on her.

choiji takes it. I dont see sakura actually doing anything to him, plus choiji seems pretty strong in his butterfly mode. so yeah Choiji

She's the best medical ninja bseides tsunade so she could probably deal with a lot of damage herself

She has insane strenght she could send giant chouji flying with one punch or she could throw huge rocks at him.

Chouji's speed on winged form might be an issue but I trust sakura's abilities.

If that is not enough Sakura could make him cry by talking about asuma sensei's death and win by default

Well I would understand and imagine how Sakura would damage greatly Chouji and how she would dodge him (or even punching the ground at Chouji's feet to make him lost his balance) but I just don't see her taking a punch from him and be able to do anything after that. At best, after such a hit, she would still breath but she would not be able to use any medical jutsu to heal herself. We didn't see her mastering the same ultimate jutsu as Tsunade.

choiji's speed in aizen's mode butterfly mode is somewhere near kakashi's id say. As far as i remember Sakura couldnt lend a single hit to him
