I’ll make it easy to understand for everyone. The things that you mentioned in your post are the responsibility of the producers, lawyers and last, but not least, the director himself. I don’t recall having ever mentioned, that I belong to any of those three groups. On the other hand, what I did say is that I’m a scriptwriter. Or screenwriter, if it pleases your ears better. And allow me to remind you, that a script/screenwriter’s job is writing the story and not organizing the film process.
Thus as a scriptwriter, it is not my concern how to deal with Shuueisha and definitely not my responsibility for bringing up the necessary financial funds for this project. As a person who (like it appeared to me) knows about the movie production more than the average viewer, you should know this.
To clear all future questions. During my last hiatus, and the one’s before it, I worked on a movie adaptation of DN. Just like ust already said, changing a manga that needs approximately 800 minutes of screen time (37 episodes x (25 minutes per episode – OP/ED)) into a 120 minutes movie is near to impossible. Thus, I never even tried something like this, but decided from the very start to write a script for a multiple series movie. I wrote the complete script for the first series, and together with a summary of the other series I send it around some production companies. Not even a week passed, when I was already sitting in a cabinet, discussing the details of the scripts with the producers, and having a signed contract in my pocket.
Some knowledge.. yes... some. Some... My reply was made considering the fact that you'd most likely also direct. Because the director is more part of all the money and legal stuff than you seem to think. Yes, he does more than the dramaturgy and overall supervision. Basicly, director is the one who sells, sells, sells, to get the funds for a film. Unless you are someone famous and experienced, then the people come to you with ideas and money.
Of course it is not the writers business. But based on what I read you have no contacts on any big production companies. Usually adaptations from other source material to films are initially started by the producers. They buy the rights, then hire someone to write it. Not the other way round. If you go offering your own script to producing companies or apply for a writing help money, it is okay. But you go to them as an amateur with no experience or training(?) with a script for film which needs copyrights to be bought (and considering the franchise, it ain't cheap), and not only that, but it is clearly a series of films not just a film... Well, good luck with that. As you said, the producers are the ones who worry about those things, and even if the money in film is bigger in Russia than in here, I'm still very doubtfull they'll be happy with what they'll get front of them... Well your mission is not impossible, but almost. Especially if the level of your creative writing in your native tongue is in the level of what I have seen you write here.
I think your approach to this is incredibly naive. The hell, you going to write a whole fricking script with being payed at all? I would not do that. But I wish you best of luck with that. It is your choice...
