The actor for Blackfish was exactly how I pictured him to look like so Nina Gold has done well again! It seems plausible that Tina Fitzgerald will be playing Selyse so that's the role I'm betting my money on.

Apparently Myranda Royce has been cast, but it's too early for the character to appear. The actress' CVA has her as being 5'3" with green eyes so she's probably playing Meera instead.

Supposedly filming will be shorter in Croatia as well. My guess is because Qarth is no longer in the story and not as much King's Landing stuff in comparison to last year. Plus the KL stuff is heavier in the second half of the book (season 4).

I minor role, but I think it's plausible that they combined Mya Stone and Myranda Royce into one character possibly. Even so...it is pretty damn early for that

Whitebeard will probably be attempted heavily disguised. In the books I doubt many knew his identity before it was revealed. Personally I never suspected him at all, while afterwards I found the hints quite obvious (like so many times). Big beard (obviously), big hair, hat, hood, whatever the means to disguise him from the watchers. Even if it means going off-book.

Blackfish is perfect! Pretty close to what I had imagined. Face wise.

Yeah, in the sense that he suddenly just came home with a wife.

"Yeah I fell for her. Yeah I screwed her, so I wed her to prevent bastards being born and because I love her out of the blue."

While it was partly done out of duty of not giving birth to bastards, at least in the show they tried to build a relationship between Robb and the-non-canon-chick-who's-name-escapes-me to make the love seem somewhat real.

My exact reaction.

He said in the interview that it would have been 6 months in Iceland, while in reality it is more like 6 weeks. Hopefully it wasn't some sort of misinformation or typo which made him give up the role. He would have been awesome.

Though, I might have had very hard time watching Mance without thinking McNulty...
