It's been recapped before, but it's nice to have it in text.

Kind of an interesting tidbit in the comments on his blog
Here's something fun thing I got from FB:
What my family calls GOT characters:
-Dany: The Kaleechi
-Ramsay: Putin's son
-Tyrion: Cute little man
-Walder Frey: The Janitor from Harry Potter
-Margeary: Favorite brit bitch(reference to her other roles)
-Varys: The dickless guy
-Grey Worm: The black dickless guy
-Stannis: The Bad Guy
-Jon Snow: The Main Character
-Arya: Little butch girl
-Oberyn: That Latino bisexual man
Tommen: Wait, Joffrey had a brother?
And of course, while he hasnt been introduced, I can already tell they are going to call Tycho Nestoris Sherlock's brother.
Ohhh, so that's who Mark Gatiss is playing. When news broke that he was cast, no one could seem to figure out his role. I think people thought that maybe he would play Doran Martell, or maybe Mace Tyrell.
After tonight's episode Petyr Baelish must now be renamed Big Finger.
Also, watch this be the ONLY time they mention Oberyn's daughters.
Cersei got across surprisingly well this episode.
And this is the first time I have actually like Dany. When she was going off on how people shouldnt follow her on her name alone I was like: ''Yeeessss, that's right! That's why I couldnt stand you!
And what does Jojen's burning hand mean? Is he gonna die burned?
Glad to be rid of Locke and Karl in the span of one episode...thank god

Do the writers even refer to the books at all? Cersei and Margaery plotting together?...Alayne is Petyr's niece, not bastard?...they sail to the Vale but still have to pass through the Bloody Gate?...Beric Dondarrion and Thoros of Myr on Arya's hitlist now?...wut?
Like, nothing happened in this episode honestly. I loved Jojen's scene with Gore Burman, Hound and Arya were good as usual, nice to see Lysa back. But holy shit I'm so annoyed with this Cersei. And the fight scenes at Craster's were pretty terrible...lol

And seeing Greyjoys at the Dreadfort in the preview is just cringey as fuck for me...
Beric and Thoros being on Arya's death prayer is a consequence of the disservice they did to the story last season. Just weird.
This episode was almost entirely: Underwhelming.
Wow. Like almost nothing interesting happened in this episode. I don't understand why they made the whole Craster's Keep plot if they didn't intend to do something more interesting with it. Though I guess a consequence of it was being able to show the Other scene last episode... The whole plot just felt awkward to me. If anything its main purpose was dragging out the plot (mostly make something happen in Bran's storyline), and enforce Jon's leadership status.
But this episode was so full of cringeworthy moments. I couldn't believe what I was seeing when Cersei went all coop mode with Margaery, WTF was that? In the episode GRRM wrote (ep 2) he even went out of his way to make Cersei be in character and basically spit at Margaery's gesture towards the city's poorest. Now they're BFFs three episodes later? WTF. Also I don't know what that Hodor killing scene was, besides being cool to watch. That's pretty destructive for Hodor's mentality. Was super cool to see Bran use his powers like that though, lol. Other changes like the Bloody Gate and Sansa being LF's niece are irrelevant I guess. The former being simply to be able to show off some scenery. No one should care that much about that detail IMO.
But yeah, extremely underwhelming to me.
But why show off the Bloody Gate now? lol
I mean, these are minor things, but what's the point of changing them?
loll... Stannis all the way down to Bravos
Peter Dinklage was really good
