Yuzu i dont really know maybe its plausible, Karin is almost canon though unless they achieve fullbring.

Well, I doubt she is fighting hollows with the toys urahara tried to give her. I think she does have such powers to some extent.

Oh I know, I'm just saying that all of them were very obviously pointed out to have SP above normal humans.

Keigo isn't really the fighting type, and Karin's a question mark, but Tatsuki and Mizuru I think are the best candidates. Mizuru wasn't even fazed when they told him things disintegrate when they get close to Aizen. He just chucked out the stun guns and bombed him instead

And Tatsuki for obvious reasons.

Well, technically they already do have powers. They do have reiatsu, what they need to do is develop it. Obviously they are not shinigami though.

keigo will probably be one of the comical 'fighters' while i see tatsuki as elpful and Mizuru gives me a Ginish kind of vibe, probably these three will get fullbrings

Actually I do believe that both Karin and Yuzu have hidden Shinigami powers. The thing is that Karin's Reiatsu is growing now, but she still didn't begin using her Shinigami powers. I hope we'll see this happening at some point during the story.
Also I believe that her Zan will be like Isshin's and Ichigo's. It will also spam Getsuga.

I don't think I can see either of his sisters getting shinigami power. It does make sense if they do because it's in the family by the looks of it but I think it's take away from Ichigo a bit much and make him seem more insignificant >_< But I can see Karin having a bigger role, like maybe she tries, fails and is saved in the end of the day by her big brother....
